This company has not deliveried water to my place of Bussiness in over two months. Every time you call in, they push you off and tell you they will be there in two days. When you call in, you will have to wait on hold to talk to someone, up too 45 mins. This is just to ask questions. This company has been bought out by Primo. Still no refund. Called them 3 times, and filled out the online form 3 times. Nobody has a clue who Cara even is.

Absolutely the worst company we have signed on with. From the very beginning they have done NOTHING correct. From changing our delivery days without notification, cracked bottles leaking, leaving more bottles than we need & charging us for the extra bottles. Talking to customer service was the only thing that was not a let down. But all they could do was appoligise time after time but we still had horrible service. We gabe them 3 chances to correct their mistakes & failed. So we cancelled our service with them and put their equipment outside for pickup on the day they said they would pick it up. 5/4/2023 & their equipment is still sitting there. Worst company for water delivery. 100% ignorance. Tried to get a hold of someone who calls the shots there but couldn't get through. Customer representatives there aren't trained at all. Keep getting delivery updates and confirmations but no delivery - even after complaining by mail, email and fax still haven't received any feedback. I would give zero stars if possible! I have had this water delivery service for over 2 years now and not once has my delivery been delivered correctly! You ask why I stay with this company...we'll it's the only company that does water delivery in my area. Every two weeks I am calling them to find out why my scheduled delivery has items not delivered or missing. Also calling every two weeks to get my bill fixed because I am being charged for items I never received or calling to ask why I am getting a charge for bottle security payment each delivery when I was told it is a one time charge. I have talked to this place so much they know exactly who I am when I call. Not once has a manager called me back to discuss my issues after I requested to speak to one. Not once have they tried to fix my issues or concerns. This company is horrible, I wish there was another water delivery service for my area! read more

I've been trying to cancel my account for weeks because of overcharging. Steer clear of these guys.

At my company, we have water coolers and have five gallon water jugs delivered every other week from Crystal Springs. There are different coolers in different departments. Our company doesn't pay for the water - it's just someone in the department and then others contribute (or not). They rightfully charge $6.00 per bottle for a deposit of the bottle itself. We have always had three. The person who used to handle this for our department left - and left the bottles for us to continue using. I decided to go ahead and keep the water coming.... Our teams enjoy having it readily available for them. When I called, they said I needed to start an account - which was fine. I ordered delivery of three bottles per delivery and attached my credit card to make payment easy. They immediately charged me a deposit for three bottles but told me that when I turned in the three I had here - I would get that deposit back. The guy dropped off three bottles and we began using the water again. Fast forward - When they guy came for a delivery, I had changed the order to two bottles. This next time he came to deliver, he took the two empties (from the three full ones he had dropped off) and he took all three of our prior empties (total of five (5) bottles). The source of my problem and the reason for my low rating is they just do NOT give you the deposit back on the bottles because that deposit belonged to someone else - NOT me.... I explained the whole situation and they don't seem to care. They took those three empties, will NOT transfer the deposit - PLUS charged me for three more bottle deposits. read more

Not Happy! Hurricane on the way and my regularly scheduled biweekly delivery did not appear.. Called their customer service number and held for 30 minutes before being disconnected due to "techinal difficulties" .. Called back and was told the call center was closed and to call during normal business hours.. There was no " weather event" locally and there is no excuse for leaving customers who depended on the product without water before a major storm.. I am canceling my service which was over priced anyway. read more

Florida has a lot of choices for bottled water... do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE CRYSTAL WATER! I have been a customer for close to 20 years and it used to be great! Somehow over the past couple of years a great company has turned into one of the worst I've encountered. At my two locations they have simply been awful by any measure. They actually owe me money because their driver never picked up empties. In fact, at one time we had 21 empty bottles sitting in our storage! That's $126.00 in deposits. My bill was only $40.00 (of which at least $20.00 was because they elected to deliver "purified water" rather than spring water at almost double the price). They added insult to injury by charging me a late charge! If the driver had done his job, they would owe me a credit of $86.00. Of course if the drive comes out on another run to pick up the bottles there is an additional $4.09 energy surcharge and a $3.00 paper invoice charge all to provide me with paperwork documenting service that should have been completed in December when I originally cancelled the service! The company is clearly a real cluster!!! With all the choices there are in Florida, please for the love or your sanity... choose the competition! read more

If I could give no stars I would . Our first delivery was a few weeks ago and it was the cooler and water . Ok awesome . They guy put the water on and I left and got a call saying water was all over the floor leaking . I then called to service the cooler and they said I would get a new cooler and I had to set up a delivery( simple right ). Well they never called or came as they were supposed to and I had to wait from 8-5 pm . Call again and set up another date we'll say and waited and nothing once again. Now I'm mad because I asked them to call me to let me know when they are on their way , husband called them many times yesterday and no delivery. They scheduled for today and sat and waited all day , also called to see where they were and then they said we we not in their delivery area and could we wait another 2 weeks . But hers the thing , they managed to drop off the water that we lost in the bottle that leaked but they couldn't easily drop a cooler off. Seems strange . Oh well we canceled service with them . Don't bother to contact higher up supervisors because they don't do anything to help you . You need way better management and delivery people . You people suck and we won't ever go through this company again . We're going to find a better place that takes care of their customers to keep them! Called the day before delivery to confirm that they would be delivering water since we have a hurricane coming. The customer service rep was pretty rude & abrupt with me & confirmed that we were "scheduled" for delivery- which I already knew- but wanted to be sure there was not going to be an issue with getting water...because it's kind of important when there is a potential emergency & there may not be water available. The customer service agent confirmed that the deliveries would be delivered as scheduled & that there was no issue w/ deliveries. Well, it's 6:12pm on a Friday & the water was never delivered. I called customer service 3x & was on hold for nearly an hour before my cell phone battery was about to die, so I called back & the call center was "closed". I was able to reach someone in customer service in Orlando, who told me that the branch manager has sent the employees home & that they would try to resume water delivery on Tuesday. I guess we wont have any water this weekend, so maybe I will stand outside with my mouth open during the hurricane. Thanks, Crystal Springs- what an epic fail. read more

Awful company. The water itself was good, but water coolers we had both leaked or randomly stopped working. The company itself was just terrible. They left the wrong products several times over the two months we used their services. One time they missed a delivery all together, and then made up an excuse rather than owning up to the mistake. This company has provided the worse service possible to my office, is incredible how irresponsible they are, back in April I started service with crystal water to only received the worse service ever , I had to call the company 6 times in less then a month due to the water dispenser not being the correct dispenser we originally requested when starting service and when we finally got the water dispenser only the hot water work, that lead to another call to this company for a request of a water dispenser that was fully functional, they said next day would be delivered, the delivery rep comes in the office with 5 gallons of water and 3 bags of cups , ( since we started service on 4-1-16 we were unable to use water cause all the dispensers that they delivered were broken or wouldn't provide cold water) , I ask the rep what is that we didn't ordered any water or cups we requested a new water dispenser he replies well this is what I was given to deliver, I replied by saying no I do not need water I need a new dispenser and I was told it was gonna be delivered today, well the rep had no idea of what was going on, many more phone calls had to be made to the company that leaded nowhere we never got a dispenser that work , I requested (4 times) a call back from a supervisor or someone from this company who could help in this matter but no phone calls were ever received, Well after a week of not hearing from anyone I called back and cancelled the service and requested for them to get there water and equipment back also requested another call from a supervisor because if I was never provided with a service I should not be charged for it, a month later today I received a bill , I call the company and ask for a corporate phone number , I was given a number were the person who answer the phone says nothing but hello! , I start explaining the problem he cuts me off and transfer me to a voicemail, I call back he answered and I explained I don't want a voice mail I need to speak with someone without any replays he transferred me again to the voice mail- Well I left a voice mail but with the horrible service they provide I doubt I'll get a call beak Pleas be aware of this place everyone they have the worse service provided by any company possible. read more
