Cody of 3 Waters totally raises the Bar- He is the most Ethical, Honest, Competitive, Thorough, Knowledgeable, Informative Gentleman, I have met in the Water Treatment Industry, over the past 15 years!!! Cody promptly arrived on time for my service call this morning, on 7-19-2025, to help correct the multiple issues with my water treatment system, of which I had made the mistake of purchasing from another entity. Upon fully servicing my unit, Cody fixed multiple issues, including a neglected piston assembly, improperly sized injector, along with reprogrammed multiple aspects of an improperly set control unit. Hence, multiple reasons why my system had not been working efficiently ever since it was installed, even though I had the original install company come out regularly to service my unit. Unfortunately, it was not until this morning that I was not only provided the reasons why my water softening system was failing to work as it should have.
