They answered immediately, and before noon, Travis had driven here from Harrison, found the leak (which entailed digging into the ground), and fixed it. He was also extremely honest -- a math error had initially calculated my invoice at $100 over what it should have been, but after I had written the check and they were about to leave, they noticed the error, came back and had me write another check for $100 less. Any other plumber might have taken the extra $100 and hoped I did not notice. Refreshing that there are still honest people!

Overpriced and shoddy work. Needed a new septic field according to them. Took them over a month to…read moreinstall. Multiple excuses for the delay. After they started the work they informed me they don't do concrete work even though they knew ahead of time they would need to cut through my driveway to lay the new lines. No offer to have someone else come and fix it, just hey, that's what it is. Then they cut through two major drain pipes leading from my house to the street. Tried to hide the mistake by burying the trench back with dirt. Didn't attempt to fix it. Didn't bother to tell me they broke the pipes. Just hide and move on. In the process of digging the trench lines they cut thru power lines to my shed. Those lines also fed the street lamp in the backyard and pump for the pond. Again, not a word from them that they screwed up or an offer to fix it. There was a nice tree next to the pond and they specifically promised it would be okay after I informed them I wanted to keep it. Tore it down while I was gone and claimed it couldn't be helped. To top it off they didn't even haul off the tree or the large chunks of concert they cut out of the driveway. By the time they finished it was raining so hard they couldn't properly smooth out the yard leaving large mounds of dirt everywhere. Claimed they would come back and regrade the yard after weather improved. After calling (actually texting) as they don't answer the phone and their voice mailbox won't take any messages, it took me nearly 6 months to get them back out to finish the job. If they had been cheap then I would agree, you get what you paid for. But they were very expensive for the horrible service they provided. See attached photos.

And now that I've written this review I'm going to call them and ask them to come fix a problem. It might take a few days or it my take half an hour for them to get there but you'd better believe, when they leave the problem leaves with them. Anytime I call, it goes straight to voicemail. Russell's phone number won't even work for me unless he turns on iMessage. This company is not at all what it used to be when I first got the equipment. I think Russell may be putting me off indefinitely so the warranty on my system runs out. This company seems to be quite shifty and the people are possibly conniving to not have to devote any additional funds or time to me as a loyal customer. It was a much better organization when Jack Ervin worked for them; but, unfortunately, he retired. This is a deplorable state of affairs they've put me in. My only recourse may be to take legal action against them.
