Our salesperson was Sara and she came out, tested our water and shared resources where we could get more facts about our water. We got a quote for a plain under sink unit and a whole house system, and she thoroughly explained all the different options you could get. My extended family buys alkaline water, so we decided to be bougie and get that on the counter spigot, however at Sara's suggestion we did plain RO to the fridge and ice maker. David was the technician that came out. He was extremely personable and you can tell he believes in their product. He did a great job drilling into our countertop and provided some guidance in machine placement for easy filter changes. They sell an American made product, and it has great reviews. After living with our unit for a few weeks, I can honestly say that I love it.

Chris met with us quickly and was happy to do the system exactly how I wanted it, with quality parts from some of the best manufacturers with solid warranties. He was happy to install some other equipment I bought and set up my over the top redundancies so we will always have the ability to service the system at any time without losing water access. Chris is really a straightforward and down to earth guy who uses industry standard gear all the way up to complete overkill and doesn't try to upsell at all. He specifically quoted us on a right-sized system and was happy to accommodate my specifications and equipment. All installed in a day and exactly how I envisaged.

Within a year (by design) the salt-water 'softening' system had clogged and would flood my garage every 3 weeks (so I un-plugged the unit, after calling and being informed it would be about $250 to get a technician/plumber out to take care of the problem) Now their phone number, when I call it, just puts out a message, "This number has been dis-connected and is no longer in service" I wouldn't be surprised if they went out of business, just want to know how I would find out for sure.
