There is never a set day that they deliver water. It changes without any warning to me. For a while, I had my bill paid through the auto pay feature and the money was taken out even though I didn't get the water until a couple of weeks later. The staw that broke the camels back was when I hadn't received a water shipment since May 24. On July 28, I called to cancel my account an told the to pick up the empty bottles and the dispenser. The pick up has been changed 3 times since then. And I see it was changed on the calendar but no notice was given to me. Their truck destroyed my yard. I'm on a No Outlet street and instead of backing the truck back up the street the driver tried to turn around. Ended up stuck in the yard - rained the day before and literally dug into the yard. Driver called in the damage, I filed a complaint - no response after 24 hours. I was not their customer - a neighbor was so if I can't give them an account number why would they bother with me? I will have the customer call them too but am not holding much hope. I am not one to give negative reviews; you can clearly tell by looking at my yelp profile. We love to support local businesses. However, when you are scheduled to have your first installation and water delivered between 8am and noon, I would expect to have it delivered or a call saying hey we are short handed and won't make it out until Monday. I would have been fine with that. However, this did not happen no communication at all. I did call customer service at 7:45 pm that evening, and they did answer the call quickly and got me to the correct department where, unfortunately, I canceled my order before even getting installation and our first order. The gentleman I spoke to did apologize for what happened but stated this was marked delivered and signed for, and it was not. They did also take care of my $50.00 that is currently on hold, and I should have it back within 3 to 5 days. The gentleman on the phone I would rate him 5 star, but unfortunately first impressions are everything and if I had issues with the first delivery I did not want to see what would happen during the additional deliveries. read more

We've had inconsistent service since we signed up with them two years ago. With the skipped delivery in May, we'd had enough. We cancelled our account and have scheduled FIVE times for them to come pick up our bottles and their cooler. Today was one of the days they were supposed to come get it. I even called and they assured me they were still coming. They didn't come. Once again I'll have to drag all of their equipment back into our garage and wait for the next time they promise to come. read more

Do not do business with this company! If I Gould give negative stars I would. I ordered bottled water service from them thru Costco. Nothing but bad service. Missed deliverys, late deliverys, water bottles left at the end of our driveway instead of next to the garage door as promised. Extremely difficult to reach a human and even then they were not at all helpful as in saying that maybe our water would be delivered in a month. Customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. Very long hold times as in 1+ hours before I finally gave up. I am definitely going to make Costco aware of this and hopefully they will stop offering the service. Finally after being able to cancel service, which literally took multiple calls over several days I contacted Culligan. They started delivery the very next day and have continued to be everything that Crystal Springs never was. read more

Three strikes and no thank you. I filled out the form to have someone contact me. Five days pass, and I have to call in, enduring a 30 minute wait. She apologizes for someone not calling. "That's been happening." We set up delivery for the next Tuesday. A dispenser and two bottles of spring water. I get at least 10 emails telling me to be ready for my delivery on Tuesday. Tuesday night, I call, because we did not get a delivery. More than an hour on hold. I finally press 1 to get a call back. No call back. I call the next morning, 20 minutes on hold. I am told that they moved my delivery to Friday. No one told me this, and I have a series of emails saying the opposite. If that's how bad your customer services is, no thank you. read more

I signed up with them through my Costo membership. We had been very happy with them up until the last month. Our last delivery was 6/5/23. They did not deliver at the beginning of July as scheduled. We were due for delivery on 7/3, they changed it to 7/5, it was not delivered I called to check on it was told it would be there the next week, again was not delivered, was told it would be delivered 7/10, 7/13,7/19, 7/20, 7/23, it has yet to be delivered! I have spoken to them several times even requesting to speak with management with promises it would be the next day delivery and yet I still have no water , but I did see they were kind enough to invoice me for the water cooler that I cannot use because I have no water! The excuse they give me for not receiving the delivery is that they are short staffed, perhaps the managers need to come out of the office and assist with deliveries if the staff are unable to maintain the current deliveries! Disaster from start to finish. We signed up at our local Costco, trusting the quality of their vendors. Big Mistake. Do not deal with this organization. Delivery was never on the date or time scheduled. Initial delivery came on wrong day while we were on vacation and sat on driveway for a week. Next problem was getting them to correct billing. Finally gave up and asked to end the deal but got a harassing collections call instead! Mortified to have a call like that! Can not get out of the contract and considering the help of an attorney??? I'll be the first to admit, that I was starting to lose faith in this company. Like many of you, I have contacted customer service, which is based out of California, so they have nothing to do with what's going on here in Cincinnati. I was literally at my wits end. Calling and calling, promises being made that weren't kept, billing issues, you name it. However, I'm here to write a good review not a bad one. First and foremost I want to give a huge shout out to Grant. This is a young man who happens to be a supervisor of the Westchester location. He personally delivered 13 bottles to my home the day before Thanksgiving. He enlightened me to a lot of the issues that have been going on within the company. Issues that are simply out of his control, and I appreciated the honesty that he had, and the time that he took to listen to my complaints. Not to mention how he tried his best to rectify them to the best of his own ability. As a small business owner myself it is literally important for me to have water for not only my home, but also on my jobs. I admit, I was ready to give up on this company, however, I'm going to give them another shot. Not because of corporate out in California not because of her the customer service department. Simply because of one gentleman who understood the issues that have been going on that are simply out of his control, but did his best as one individual to ensure that our needs were met with satisfaction. Grant even gave us his personal cell phone number to ensure that we would continue to receive a great customer service that he himself provided . I hope somebody in the corporate office reads this and sees that they have a valuable employee and he should not go unnoticed.
