When I questioned why we couldn't just unclog it first and only use the camera if needed, they flat-out refused. The tech got rude and ended up walking off the job. I'm not sure if this was just a bad apple or if things have changed at the company, but it really felt like I was about to be ripped off. I have no problem paying for necessary services, including a camera inspection if the problem persists. But charging $850 just to look before even trying to fix the obvious issue?
