Went in on Tuesday 2/15 not expecting it to be crazy busy, but it was. The lady doing my nails apologized a million times because they were short staffed, I told her a million times it wasn't a problem! Let me start by saying I hate going to the nail salon, I usually do my nails myself since COVID... but I had run out of polish and was in desperate need for a mani/pedi! Anyway, the selection for dip powder is basically nonexistent, so I went with boring white... whatever. By the time the woman was shaping my nails I was too distracted by the woman scrubbing my feet that I didn't realize she was going full 90's square on me... me being non confrontational... I figured once I get home I can round them bad boys out, no big deal. $100 later my toes looked cute and my nails were "meh". Last night Wednesday- a mere 30 hours after my manicure- 2 nails POPPED off in the middle of my shift! I'm super annoyed and am again reminded why I do my own nails. Saves me time at the salon and if a nail pops off at work I can't be mad because I didn't spend a ton of money at the salon getting them done. Needless to say I will be sticking to doing my own nails from here on out. read more

They do a great job and their $50 pedicures are awesome and come with a lot of nice addictions like scrubs, lotion, a massage and callus removal. And the massage chairs are super relaxing. She was very nice and polite but my nails are awful. Not only is every nail lumpy with excess acrylic on the bottom, but she cut almost every single nail when she was using the dremel to file my nails. I've never ever had a nail tech just continue to cut my cuticles like this. I can understand 1 maybe 2 slips... but she cut me over 10 times and just kept on going. She had to stop the bleeding more than once. She only apologized after I pointed it out when the alcohol stung my fingers. I was so shocked by this I just paid and left. Overall, I am basing my review on ALL my visits to them. The service was excellent and has always been. I have gone for pedicures in the past, but this is my first full set of acrylics (EVER). I was nervous when I arrived because I am a guy and I was worried about what they and other clients would say or do. Luckily, that was a good experience. The salon is also totally brand new and they have a lot of protection around for clients. The cons: When she started doing my nails, I thought she was moving very quick but I didn't know any better. I do now. She rushed through all of it and was done in 45 minutes. I do LOVE the design she did, but she left a lot to be desired when it came to workmanship. I have 4 crooked nails, only 1 out of 10 is filed evenly, she flooded several of my cuticles with product, there are multiple jagged egdes, and there are several spots where there is no product at all. I now know what to look for when it comes to quality. I will go back for a fill when it is time and update my review. One thing that did also annoy me was that she kept getting up and grabbing items from other stations where there were clients, but i was not overly concerned because monomer probably kills everything and I made sure to wash my hands. read more

I went to Crystal's yesterday. I usually get gel, but the nail tech noticed they were peeled so she suggested powder because it's stronger and lasts longer. I was interested, so I said yes. Unfortunately, I left and was really unhappy with my nails. I wasn't able to go back in that same day, so I called and Sandy (different nail tech) said she would fix my nails at no charge the next day. She did an amazing job fixing, reshaping and evening them out so they look uniform. She was really thankful that I called and came back in to have them fixed. I got a removal of dip and wanted to switch to gel polish. The lady removing my nails did not know how to use the tools she was using because she kept burning me. Then I decided that I just wanted the removal because she was not shaping/filing correctly. They convinced me that she would make it nice so that I would pay for the service I assume, the manager had got involved. I should have stuck to my decision because the gel is bumpy and full of bubbles since she did not fully remove the dip and it is noticeable, I was headed out of town so did not want to fuss with it but I had it removed and re done 2 days later at a different salon with no issues. I'm so sad to be posting this because I absolutely wanted to love this salon. The atmosphere is great, convenient check in, and selection for colors. I absolutely love Kalani she is incredible. Here's what's wrong. Before Covid I had an apt with a friend. They only had one chair when we arrived so I let my friend go ahead. She got her entire pedicure and manicure done and I hadn't been seated yet. How does that happen with an appointment? The manager apologized and gave me a gift card to come back as I left without getting anything done. My next apt I still had to wait quite a while for my service even though I had another appointment. Yesterday I go in super excited after not having anything done for months. Within 5 minutes of my manicure the gal cuts my toe nail so short I yelp in pain and my toe is bleeding!!!! The toe nail is half the size as the others! I am still in so much pain! I don't understand how that's even possible to do! Then she's on my other foot buffing the top of my nail and goes right over the front part of my skin and rips it open. I now have two toes bleeding! I tell her she's cut me twice and it hurts. She apologizes and says she'll be more careful. The rest of my pedicure was ruined. My toes throbbed and stung with everything else put on them. They didn't offer compensations or anything. Oh that's the other thing. They've increased their prices and are only taking cash saying "their machine is down" but I see from other reviews this has been going on for a while. Just be honest if you're only accepting cash. My friend left a review on here as well about being cut and not accepting her card. They wanted her to leave her super expensive purse as collateral for her to go get cash. This was before they had an ATM in there I believe. I'm super torn. I love my nail tech but am super unhappy with the lady that did my toes and feel like this is a common issues there. read more

i will say the thing i love the most is my nail color and they had basic customer service pretty standard stuff, other than that the issue i have is with the man who did my nails. not only did he cut me multiple times on many different fingers, he was overall really aggressive when cutting, filing, and shaping. i have multiple fingers with little gouges in them from him, and even after the first time he cut me i still proceeded with the service because he apologized to me for the mistake, but even after that he didn't change how aggressive he was being and proceeded to cut me three more times without any apology or acknowledgment that he's cut me more than once in the service. the best part was when i was finally done, and yes my fingers still hurt because of him. at least the lotion they put on me after smelled good, but overall i would not recommend having them cut your cuticles or anything because again it was very aggressive for me personally. the vibes were very tense and i was extremely happy when my service was finally over! read more

A BIG NO. This salon went from hero to zero. Sandy burned right through my nail bed with her dremel and caused my nail to bleed. She slapped glue on it and tried to proceed as if nothing happened. I should NOT have been charged for my service today considering the pain and injury to my nail bed.
