Called today (Saturday) and made an appointment within the hour. My nail tech was Cassandra and she did an awesome job. I got a gel french tip with chrome and gel pedi on my natural nails, and also had old regular polish removed. I paid a little over $100 after tip. Well worth it, especially considering how much everyone charges nowadays. Cassandra was very friendly, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was to my liking all throughout the process. You can tell she really cares about her job. She made sure I liked the shape of my french tips and even removed the first application/test shape when I said I wanted a softer/less sharp tip. Nail Tech Rachelle did an EXCELLENT job on my daughter's nails! Her normal nail tech had no appts because of the holidays. She found Rachelle and liked her work with the photos she provided. She booked her easily and even explained all of the pricing. Nothing was a surprise as far as pricing and that is respectable. So my daughter came and got her fresh set and it is absolutely beautiful! What I really liked is at the shop is super beautiful inside the decor is pink and white and silver and it just really adds that pop to a positive positive environment. I think now I want my nails done so I'm going to look into booking as well. My daughters says that everyone in the salon is very customer service oriented and they all have good vibes here. read more

The lady that did my nails is absolutely a sweet person, but sadly her work wasn't the best at all. My nails are so thick and heavy. There is so much acrylic under my nail. Some of the nails aren't even at all. Sat in chair for 4hrs and got these ! Payed $75-$78 for these nails, definitely not worth the price. read more

Decided to try this new-ish salon in my area a few months ago and it's now my go-to spot! It's so cute inside and I have been loving my nails done by Allee. She does such a great job and is fun to talk to! Her acrylic sets are beautiful but I recently switched to this newer product that she offers called builder gel that strengthens my natural nails and isn't damaging. So to start off my review I just overall DO NOT recommend coming here. First I booked online and got an appointment within two hours, great! but then as soon as i get there she mentions she is a gelX specialist. i agreed because i was leaving for vacation within five hours and i knew it would be quicker than acrylic, wrong. They came out bumpy, she took about 3 hours. All i wanted was a simple long french nail set. But i don't understand how you can make the paint bumpy if it's just a plain nail. not tips that are applied with acrylic but just painting. and she mentioned she likes to perfect the french tips but she couldn't perfect them with me. Better yet she also cut me just from filing the sides with a file and then continued to add alcohol and cuticle oil. She could've offered a slight price change from cutting your client and then continuously burning them... She was not gentle, she threw around my nails when filing and pulled them after putting the nail on. GelX is something i messed around with so I could DIY my own nails and i used my no dominant hand and my dominant hand on myself and finished my set quicker than a licensed manicurist and GelX specialist. Moral of the story, I paid $80.00 including tip (78 without tip). Their prices are ridiculous for the outcome of the nails. This salon should really chose who they are hiring wisely. Worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I asked the nail tech to fix my nails way too many times at the end I was just sick of it and ready to go. The shape is not even almond, its lop sided and the paint is so thick and rough. A waste of $91 dollars. Would not recommend this shop to anyone, their instagram is catfishing to the work they actually do. read more

I really tried my best to like this nail salon. But after several attempts to correct the issue with my nails, I have made the decision never to come here again.First time I came in on July 2 I asked for my acrylic nails to be removed, a gel manicure and a pedicure, after about four hours of being in the nail salon, I leave with my gel manicure, looking like a four year old polish them. Polish was all on my cuticles, in the nail bed and a lot of streaks and I was very unhappy. I called the next day and spoke with the manager Amanda, which was extremely helpful and understanding she asked me to come in and have them fixed. She asked if I was willing to see the same nail tech. I told her that's fine I go back on July 3 to have the gel taken off and a acrylic overlay put on my natural nails the acrylic overlay was very thick, uneven, lumpy, and polish again looked like a four year old polished them. The nail tech seemed like she was new at being a nail tech. Consistency asked me if I like what she was doing I'm really not sure why all the questions. I'm not the professional I was expecting her to know what looks good and what doesn't. Out of 20 plus years of me getting my nails nails done I have never experienced this type of experience at any nail salon. Again I walked away unhappy. I spoke to Amanda regarding the situation and she was very pleasant understanding and asked me to come after the holiday have them fixed. Which I did. I just had the acrylic removed and that will be my last visit. I have included pictures of the acrylic overlay. read more

I just spoke to Cristina. When I walked in the girl looked so irritated that she had to get up and come and help me. Then she goes and gets Cristina and she looked like I was bothering her when I wanted to ask her a question. I am looking for a new nail salon and she did not want to help me. I bite my cuticles which is a problem I know but she was making fun of me for biting them. It's due to severe stress that I am under. Do not go here. If you are not friends with them then they can be bullies. I will make sure to tell everyone not to go here. read more

I really wanted to like this place....bc it's cute, and close to my house, but was left disappointed. The girl who did my mani pedi was very sweet, and I believe she tried her best, but there seemed to be a lack of training. She had a hard time filing my toe nails, and kept bumping the file into my other toes. She never once ised cuticle oil, and I was, uncomfortable when she trimmed my cuticles. I didn't get a special design, or anything other than gel, but the service took slightly over 3 hours. All the girls were really sweet, but really young, and it was clear there is a lacknof strong leadership here. The girls NEVER stopped talking to each other... it was dizzying, and not relaxing. When I got home I realized my thumb never got a top coat !!! Anyways, I wish them well, but definitely not the place for me. read more
