They push for cash pay (like most southern CA nail businesses) and will charge minimum $2 or 3.5% for using a card. I had initially been referred to Bliss Nails on Fletcher Parkway at Jackson Drive. However, when I went there on a Tuesday with a 2:00 pm appointment, it was jammed and the sour man at the door did not make a good impression. Accordingly, I walked out on that day. That brings me to the Nail Studio of San Carlos. It is located directly next to a Starbucks Coffee House I like to visit. One day as I was leaving Starbucks, I looked up and noticed the nail Studio San Carlos. I had a walk in pedicure and everything was perfect. I have since become a regular at the Nail Studio of San Carlos. My technician is Wendy ("Hang") and she is wonderful. Very efficient, and she does a perfect job on both my manicures and pedicures. In addition, Kevin, at the door on the weekends, offers a very gracious welcome.
