What a fantastic little crepe bar! We found this place near our Airbnb and I'm so glad we did. We shared the egg, ham and cheese crepe and the applesauce and cinnamon crepe. Came pretty early so there wasn't really much of a line. There were maybe 2-3 people ahead of us, which wasn't a big deal. We ended up getting the ratatouille instead of a sweet crepe since it was earlyish and it wasn't dessert time for us. We did not get it with the cheese and I recommend if you get this crepe to eat it quickly - the tomatoes and anything soggy will start dripping at the bottom and leave your crepe soggy and sad. Overall, this crepe was great! I don't know if I'd wait 1+ hour for it like others for it but we hardly had a wait. I also recommend coming when it's not busy, not just for the wait, but we noticed it was getting busier as we sat inside eating. They have a stack of pre-made crepes in the back and started using those to make crepes faster for customers. I love crepes so when I came to visit Paris, I just had to get one. I looked up Yelp to find a crepe place near my location and happened to stumble upon Au P'tit Grec. I guess I got lucky because they have amazing reviews, and when I got there, I saw a long line. There's two other crepe shops literally right next to this one, but nobody was lined up at either. Instead everyone chose to wait for Au P'tit. I've never had a savory one before, only a sweet/dessert crepe. I decided to try both. Their menu offers plenty of options that I honestly didn't know how to choose. The prices are so good too, about 6-7 euros a piece. All savory crepes come with lettuce, tomato, and onion. I ordered mine with potato, oriental sausage (turns out to be pepperoni), egg, ham, and cheese. I thought it would be too much filling, but the crepe turned out to be amazing. The best crepe I've ever had actually. My dessert crepe was good too. I picked the Nutella, banana, coconut, and grand marnier. I actually didn't know what grand marnier is, but I just ordered that one because I liked the rest of the ingredients in it. Turns out it's liqueur. I guess I could've asked what that was or requested to leave it off my crepe, but I didn't know how much English they knew, so I just ordered and asked no questions. It wasn't evenly spread across my crepe and I LOVED my crepe until I got to the bottom of it. The bottom was heavily saturated in the grand marnier and that's how I realized it was alcohol. It tasted so bad. I couldn't finish my crepe. So I wish they had some sort of warning that the ingredient is liqueur for the people who don't know or I wish I had asked. But I feel like having an alcohol ingredient is something that should be pointed out. The ratatouille filled crepe was a little disappointing, but I think my choice of filling was just poor. I think the owner is getting a bit too much from the popularity of this place. He didn't seem too enthusiastic. The premade crepes are just stacked and then heated on the plate in front of you. I chose a filling with feta cheese which was probably my mistake. I just didn't want the heaps of cheese he put on the other ones, but as a result, the feta allowed the watery vegetables and tomatoes to seep through moisture into the crepe. So while I was eating my crepe, it got soggy and less pleasurable to eat. It didn't taste amazing. Don't get caught up in the hype. You can probably do well with another crepe place. read more

I am a huge fan of crepes, and this restaurant was just a few steps away from the hostel I was staying at so I was here multiple times. I got one crepe with banana, lemon, and sugar, and other that was the same but apple sauce instead of lemon. They were both great. Warm and soft and fruity. The -1 star is because a) the crepes are not made fresh for each order. They're stacked high in the back and they pull from it for the orders. Although they still tasted great, I would've preferred freshly-made crepes. b) The chef was not very sensitive to allergy constraints. When he used a knife to cut a banana that was touching Nutella, I asked him to wash the knife before using it for my crepe. He wiped it off. There was also a bit of Nutella on the crepe pan, so I had to eat it carefully. Finally, I do not think this place has smoothies as Yelp advertises. read more

I was dreading the wait, just because most of the reviews were saying it took HOURS. So we planned to come early, about 10 min after they opened. And lucky us, no wait! Before i came to Paris, this was on my hit list for one of the places i have to go to. I heard the crepes were great, but the wait was long so i tried to calculate when would be a good time of day to go. I went on a Monday night maybe an hour before closing. The line was short with 4 people waiting. I asked a couple of locals what they usually get and they recommended so i had prosciutto, mozzarella and lettuce. Crepes are pre-made so it goes a little quicker then expected because they already have them stacked on the side, but everything is super fresh. They give you a good amount of everything on your crepe so you be stuffed when its over. The staff is friendly and patient with all the obvious first timers that were stopping by, so if your visiting Paris don't be afraid to try this spot. An amazing hole in the wall stop with in Paris. This place isn't in central Paris, but is still worth a stop. It's in a place with other little food spots. When we went, it was raining a bit but there was still a line for the crepes. In fact, it was the only food spot in the area, that I saw, that had a line. They have a large menu with both savory and dessert crepes. It can be hard to choose from! I chose the ham/cheese/mushroom crepe. They have a pile of some premade crepes on the side. When orders are taken, they heat up the crepe and put the toppings on top. They give you the option of adding onion, lettuce, and tomato in it... say YES! It was so good. The size of the crepe is also generous. It's definitely shareable between two people. I didn't get to try their dessert crepes because I was so full from the first crepe. But if I'm ever in Paris again, i would definitely drop by here and be sure to try another savory crepe and a dessert crepe. read more

It was so good we came back twice! The first time we arrived for brunch so it was our first meal of the day. There was a small crowd in line waiting and placing orders with two guys taking the orders and making the crepes. The next day, before heading to the airpprt, we decided to come back again for the sweet crepe this time. While he ordered the banana grand marnier sweet crepe, total was only €6! This place reminds me of taquerias back home- its cheap, good, and always busy. Au P'tit Grec is definitely the place to get a crêpe in Paris. This place was recommended by my best friend's brother who studied abroad in Paris 4 years ago. He raved about the "crêpes salées" or "gallettes" which are the salty crepes which can be filled with cheese, meats, and vegetables. Now fast forward 4 years and its his sister and I raving about the exact same place. Au P'tit Grec is located in the famous rue Mouffetard which has various markets, stores, and restaurants (it is also located near Paris III- Sorbonne Nouvelle which explains why there are so many students around). Although their specialties are crêpes they also sell paninis and hot dogs. Crêpes range from 4-7€ but it all depends on how many items you want in it- every item is 1€ except "salade, tomate, et oignon" (lettuce, tomato, and onion) which are ALWAYS free. Be careful with the items written in chalk because they're actually charging you for the items that they usually put in for free with any other crêpe. I highly recommend the "crêpe d'oeuf bacon oignon et fromage" (egg, Canadian bacon, onion, and cheese) but in all honesty you can't go wrong with any of their "crêpes salées" and especially if they have egg in it. Also don't worry if you can't speak French because the guys working there know about every single language spoken in Europe.
