We got three quotes from three highly rated patio companies in the Valley. They weren't the lowest nor the highest, their price was competitive yet reasonable. But to be honest what made us choose CS Patios even more so is it's a family owned business and had overall great reviews on all platforms, We immediately trusted and enjoyed working with Bryan as he is knowledgeable and very insightful. After selecting our choices we became hesitate after choosing the insulated cover - we wanted to change but they already ordered the cover they said they wanted us happy and could change if needed- however We wanted to discuss it again with both my husband and I present. Bryan came back out to discuss things further for us and explain certain positives that we didn't think of. CS Patio just installed our back patio today ahead of what was tentatively scheduled, which I'm thrilled! Chris, the owner, is very responsive and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. He worked with us giving us more than 1 bid to customize to our needs and budget. His crew was polite and always cleaned up after themselves each day they worked. Chris kept us informed at each stage. And even when he was on vacation, he remained in constant contact with me by text if I had any questions or concerns. One of the ceiling fans was just shaking slightly and they went the extra mile trying to resolve the issue for over an hour. They installed the ceiling fans and lantern light fixtures complimentary. They only charged me for the electrical wiring and the steel reinforcements. And when I receive my replacement fan, they will send someone back out complimentary. I can't say enough. I am thrilled with the work Chris and his crew did on my Patio cover! I called and left a message and received a text message right away then a phone call. Chris came out to see me almost immediately, and I received my quote at the end of the appointment. I don't think you should choose a contractor solely on the lowest price, (which C &S had) But I'm recommending them because of their professionalism and quality of work, as well as a great product. The crew came out on Wednesday at 9, worked until about 4:30, then returned at 7 the next morning and it was completely installed and the area totally cleaned up 2 hours later! I had the solid cover installed with a ceiling fan, and then 3 lights over my bar area. They had to design a special piece as my roof has two different pitch angles as it wraps around the house, and it looks beautiful! The very best Patio Cover company in the desert. I had CS plus 5 other patio cover companies come over to bid my rather large job. Chris (CS Patio Covers) was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. He was always prompt and if he couldn't make it, he called hours or even a day ahead to change the time. His team is his family, all very polite, honest, hard working, kind and very knowledgeable. He was able to install my patio cover, 3 fans, 6 LED lights in 1 day! They worked all day, showed up on time, and finished by 5pm... Come to find out, it was Chris's birthday, yet he still worked, all day! Although they were not the lowest bid, we decided to go with them because Chris who is one of the owners,instilled confidence because he showed up at the appointment time, listened to what we wanted, explained what would happen and how long we could expect for the project to be complete. He measured and let us know the cost. When Sergio, the other owner and his assistant came out to install, he worked with us on an area we saw as a problem and it turned out great. They are very responsive and quick. We sign a contract and selected our colors. Do to the work load and quality work they do they are always very busy. They are reasonably priced and the owner, Chris, and his workers are the best. I replaced my old patio with the new alumawood product. Chris told me they could take down the old patio cover, haul it away, and install the new one in one day. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day at 7:30 a.m. and were finished by 2:30 p.m. Everything was cleaned up and the furniture put back. Christian & his crew built a fabulous patio cover. Our home had an unusual layout that created a few architectural issues. Christian and I put our heads together and came up with a plan that covered every issue. In the end, I have to admit that the patio cover came out BETTER that I had hoped for. I can't recommend Chris and his crew enough. I needed a small patio overhang installed over a slider that faced the morning sun, and Chris came back with good options and great pricing. The job was scheduled quickly, and Tony and Cesar showed up on time, ready to go. This is a class A outfit .. Chris and his team are extremely professional and responsible. All commitments met or exceeded. Start date set .. they started .. was told 3-4 days start to finish .. was 3-1/2 days. Two new patio covers on both sides of our coach. Took down lights, misting system, and fan/lamp.
