The materials are of top quality and the workmanship is good overall. What I have found, like many others, is that when you ask for a quote, they're all over you like flies, but AFTER the job is done, you're met by silence. We had two issues - some bulging siding and a torn window screen. No matter what number we call, we get routed to an answering machine. Does it even record? Who knows? At any rate, no one ever calls back or stops by. We'll probably, also like others, end up having to take care of it ourselves.

After…read moregetting yanked around for over a year from my previous contractor, I had enough of poor communication, false hope and non action. It wasn't easy to find Justin and my hope was disintegrating after being ghosted by people who never showed up, people who showed up then don't follow through with the estimate, or people who didn't honor appointments. Thankfully he restored my confidence! Justin is knowledgeable, down to earth and reliable! R E L I A B L E!!!! I was impressed when we first met that he showed up on time. Not only that, he permitted us to purchase our own materials and provided a materials list. We saved a lot of money just on that. Justin installed a bay window that we had in our garage for 17 months after being ghosted by our original contractor. We were thrilled with the workmanship, and the whole process honestly. From the contract to the scheduling to the work- everything ran like a well oiled machine. He also tore down the ugly fiberglass brick that was installed in 1970 something and replaced it with clip stone. Justin did a great job choosing the color pattern as we chose willow peak which has a variety of colors. We will definitely be working again with Justin for other projects we have. Their financing plans were confusing and it was certainly a high-pressure situation. The second quote was from Keystone windows. Rob did a good job explaining everything and no haggling. We decided to cancel the third quote and went with Keystone. The installation went smoothly. The crew was professional. And we have no problems with the windows. I called them on Friday after the install was done and all I got was an attitude from the owner. Yes of course I was annoyed. Of course I was upset. But isn't the customer always right. They're telling me that they have Q&A and QC control, but how did that password physically will not slide.Terrible follow up.
