I moved to a senior citizen complex and there are CSC washing/drying machines in the laundry room. First of all, it's $1.90 for a "light" load of laundry, you will be charge 25 cents more if you choose the other 2 options, medium, heavy, load The machines are terrible. You only get 25 mins to 32 min of wash time, nothing comes out clean, there are still stains on everything. How to gouge money out of poor people who may not have a choice to go out to a laundromat. I am both shocked and disgusted with the customer service I have been receiving from Appliance Warehouse, a subsidiary of this company. I have been trying to get serviced for a full week and every time I call, a representative gives me a new date. This shows me that a lack of information sharing is present. The last straw for me was when I placed a call at 2:20 PM yesterday to again find out when someone would be coming to my home, and the rep HUNG UP ON ME IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SENTENCE. I've lived in the complex I'm at for years and the only thing I can't stand is the laundry situation. the codes never work I have to call customer service ever other week when I reload the card because there's always a problem the machines never work right and they're a complete scam it takes two drying cycles to dry one load on the highest setting and no way to get a refund makes a great place a nightmare to live read more

Each time I have had to call back due to incorrect information the company has on file. Apparently, the machines were originally in two other buildings in apartment complex, but since we're moved to my building. The washers and dryers this company provide are probably the cheapest ones they can buy and they charge you a ridiculous amount to do laundry. There is no timer on the machine, no other settings than the 4 generic settings. They are terrible machines. I've been using them for 2 years at my apartment complex and more often than I would hope, a machine I put my money into doesn't work. I submit a service request and "they send someone out" I don't really know if they do because 1. they say the machine is always working as it should and 2. the same thing continues to happen. They don't offer a refund for the broken machine and the lost money, I have to submit a different form for that. Scumbag Thieves!! I was at a hotel and needed to wash and dry one load of clothes, later checked my bank app, and saw 4 charges of 32$ which overdrafted my account!! I got the call runaround with them for a week then got hung up on when i told the last b@#$% the 32$ wasnt my overdraft fee it clearly said changepoint laundry so one load of clothes cost me $250!! RUN AWAY!!!!! Had to wait over a month to get a washer fixed, and that process took multiple service requests. They are almost impossible to reach on the phone, and their phone app stopped working for over multiple weeks. Finally after a month, the technician came to service the washer and tried to leave without me noticing. When I saw him trying to quickly leave, I had stopped him and asked if the unit was fixed. He said yes, but based on their terrible service history, I told him to wait a moment, so I can verify the repair. Yes, you are guessing right...he didn't fix it and tried to lie that he did!!! Only when he got caught and because I was watching, he replaced the broken part. This is the least professional company I had ever dealt with at the apartment community and their employee morale and corporate culture must be the lowest by any standards in the industry. Over the past few years I have lived at my current residence, the laundry machines provided by CSC have regularly been in need of maintenance. Currently, 4 out of 5 laundry machines at the apartment building have been out of service for 5 months. Service requests have been submitted for the broken machines multiple times. I can only assume that the repairs have been totally ineffective, or that the service requests have been completely ignored. Either way, it's unacceptable. We are paying for a service that is not being provided. I would rate less than one star if that were an option. read more

Dryer broke, machine ID was still incorrect so I couldn't report it. Couldn't call them to do it manually at the time as it takes ages to get through. Was able to call the following week, told them the issue and the mistake with the machine and asked for a refund. Turns out you have to do it within 2 days, despite nothing saying that in the room. A CSC Service rep would claim that a technician went and fix a machine, when obviously nothing happened. Not sure if their "technicians" are slacking or orders are sent out. CSC has been in every apartment building I have lived in since moving to Omaha. They do shoddy work, but the new building I am in I had some hope of a turn-around. I recently put in a service request for a dryer not working properly, that it had no heat and was not drying the clothes. The technician came out the very next day per the email I got. When I went to use the machine again, I noticed that the timer was adjusted from 45min to 60min. I knew immediately that it wasn't fixed, but I let cycle run. Sure enough when I came back an hour later they were still wet. Terrible company. read more

I was with Coinmach from 2008. Everything was wonderful all the years they were in business. When CSC Serviceworks took over in 2018 or 2019, it all went downhill. 2-3 day service now takes two or more weeks with many calls to customer service to "escalate" the request. Our small building has only one washer and dryer that we rent. Our washer was smoking and shaking violently. You would think it warranted immediate attention. The repairman came 10 days after the first call but left because he was not able to get into the building. I have been waiting for service for our one washer since October 15. It is now October 26. Argh!!!! In general: I do not get a response from the company to ANY of my emails. I got no response to my call to the sales agent/rep. The washer has been replaced once and the second refurbished machine quality is poor. The washer ID is not in their system so I can never make a service request online or over the phone without talking to a customer service agent. I have requested it be updated to the system several times over the last year, but nothing. Customer service is a joke when they can't even affect any change. They're just a bunch of well-meaning people making promises they can't keep. Today I requested to end my service contact with CSC. It was 13 years. if anyone can recommend another laundry company, I'm all ears. But not WASH. Their reviews are just as bad. read more

Purchased a code to reload money on my laundry card. When I went to do laundry I noticed the money didnt go on the card. I attempted to use the code to load the money on my card one more time and it still didn't work. I've emailed and called to get a refund of my money since it never worked, but I haven't heard back. A few friends of mine have CSC Service works laundry machines in their apartment complex. More often than not they lose their change in the machines. They've contacted the company a few times and they keep being told they will send it out and send them an email as to when to expect the refunds. CSC is of very poor quality in central Texas. The customer portal never works properly, and their machines are often dirty or dead. If your community uses their services, I would highly recommend you to petition to change. I am very frustrated with their services. POOR! read more

Their service sucks. I filled out an online service request and filled out the machine number to locate where the service needs to be done. There is no follow up and the online app won't let you submit another service request for the same machine because the work order is open. Don't try calling service because you will be on hold forever while they keep prompting you to down load their app to request service. A lot of good that would do. It is impossible to talk with an actual person to get an estimate on the a repair person is to arrive. It would be great if we could bill them minimum wage pay for the time spent on the phone . Worst repair service. Since November 2021 Card transaction machine has not accepted my cards to pay to operate machines. Horrendous tech support, don't bother writing anything in the description since they won't read it any way. Tried to ask to be there to help provide an example of the problem for the technician, never was contacted. I was refused service when trying multiple cards (two different banks, one being a debit). I even ordered a new replacement card from one bank just in case it was an issue with the card, nothing. ONLY this company won't accept my credit cards. Being a extended stay hotel that guest heavily rely on coin operated washers it has been overwhelming of disappointment of CSC services. As today all 4 washer are down since May 4th. I was on hold for 20 minutes with no help their laundry ate my money and the best they could do was write a check that I will get in 3 weeks which is not good enough. The lady was very rude and didn't help me at all, not to mention the wait time was super long. It was a waste of my time. The staff there are useless who just sits on their ass and they all need to be fired. I have had nothing but a negative experience with them. Unfortunately I am a renter so I have no choice but to deal with them. They have lost my respect at best and more the half of the time their equipment sucks and always breaks. Too bad I can't rate lower than 1 Star. I rented a washer and dryer from Select Laundry at the apartment complex I live in. CSC ServiceWorks bought out Select Laundry before my move-out and now I can't get them taken out AND I'm still getting charged $45 a month. Here are the problems: - They "lost" their accounts with the company they bought out. So in their eyes, I don't exist. No record of me, my apartment, OR THEIR OWN WASHER AND DRYER. - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. PERIOD. I have been calling CSC ServiceWorks for months now and I am met with the same, constant response: "We just have no record of you. I will send this to management and they will call you later today". Have I gotten any calls back? Not once. - I was given no invoice, no confirmation email, no anything to prove that I am, or have ever been, in their system. - The $45 comes out of my bank account automatically. "Laundry Solutions" is who is taking my money, as says my bank. I asked countless customer service reps and they tell me "We don't have Laundry Solutions". Yet on their website is a list of companies they have and lo and behold, Laundry Solutions is there. - I have tried calling the number from the old Select Laundry website - leads me to CSC ServiceWorks. I have tried calling Laundry Solutions - leads me to CSC ServiceWorks. Overall, they have what seems to be an endless amount of phone numbers to call, all which get me to the same place with the same, unhelpful answer. All of the washers and dryers that this company manages NEVER works. Other people in my apartment building has called for customer service multiple times, and the service people came several times after, but instead left us with completely broken machines that they wrapped with plastic bags. The call for customer service ALWAYS takes more than 1 hour of waiting time for someone to pickup. The last time I got to talk with customer service, the representative told me that I should not have used the machines in the first place to avoid any problems. I do not understand what kind of person with functional brain can respond like that to customers using their machines. The machines never work, wasting so much of our money and time, leaving us with destroyed clothes, and as always, have zero number of people who are responsible enough to fix this simple issue. i have 2 washing and 2 dryer machines in my hotel from csc. i've taken over the business two months ago and have been calling since to get these machines fixed. no response and not getting my commission checks but the rep comes to empty the coins all the time but refuses to talk to anyone. now the machine broke and flooded my whole hallway and cost me $2300 in new carpet. i really hope this business goes out of business so it prevents hurting other businesses trying to stay afloat. read more

This company provides the washer and dryer units in our apartment complex and they are constantly breaking or smoking. Half of the time I open one of the washers to see stagnant, disgusting water sitting in the basin. Rather than replacing this washer, they reduced the price by 10 cents. It still breaks just as often. The machine at the apartment complex that lets you refill your laundry card value always breaks. Their website is impossible to navigate if you need to reload your card via this method. It tells you to check your laundry room for a CVA code which is nowhere to be found in the laundry room. I have a friend in the complex who pays additional money to have a dryer in her unit and it has never worked for them. No matter how many times they call CSC, they never fix it.
