Machine was down. Reported it. they said it was fixed. That was last week. Tonight I go to use it. It takes my money, starts washing, then stops at 1/3 full (I find out when I come to put the clothes in the dryer) with the error message on the screen and my clothes partially wet, mostly dry. I have to spend another 2.25 to move load to the only other machine. It also does not start properly but just starts counting down minutes about every 5 seconds (32, 31, 30... I'm watching it go). I start to panic and hit different setting buttons. Then it works. At least for a few minutes... I hope it is still going, I'm not watching it. These machines are unreliable and it's bad business to take cash from poor people then to mail them a check in the mail for a refund? CSC ServiceWorks provided the washers and dryers for my apartment complex several years ago. As machines do, they have required service periodically. Several months ago, a number of the machines started breaking regularly. I have been calling CSC ServiceWorks at least once a week, every week, for the last three months. Machines they "repair" break a day or two later. My complex manager has been in contact with them to no avail. They are refusing to replace machines that break regularly. A couple of weeks ago, three out of four washing machines in one laundry room were broken. Customer service is no help either. They record the broken machine , and issue refunds, but could care less when I complain. read more

Once the units were installed they didn't work and it took weeks for their service department to respond to our requests. It took so long that we had to buy our own units. You're better off going to your local laundromat, these people are awful to deal with. First they never fix or replace the aged and broken machines they pretty much "duck tape and bubble gum" it, and when you think the machines are fixed and use them your stuck with wet cloth that smell like burned plastic and have to call them again so they can send some guy a few weeks later to do the same thing. I called many times for this issue and this time is the last, I talked to some girl named Taheisha/Tinesha or something of that sort and she just hangs up on me, very professional, shows the same amount of quality as your machines. read more

Our complex uses CSC and everytime I need to use a washer there is an error and takes my money.. third time this year I needed to call and complain to get service.. Actually was able to talk to a real person. The front loader took my money and is locked .. can't get my blankets out. They said asap someone would be here.. I've been waiting five hours now.. bs.. called back and they keep hanging up on me.. oh a device order was placed.. im to wait for device man to call to be by laundry machine.. um.. My apartment complex uses their service for our laundry room. The machine to load money on our cards is busted and has been busted for quite some time. I am in the process of trying to get a refund from them for the money the machine charged and did not put on my card. I think I will start hand washing my clothing from now on. First call today went fine, had a simple question, and got a quick answer from a rep. Second, third, and fourth calls all resulted in getting hung up on after being on hold. I added $50 to my grandmother's laundry card so she can do her laundry and it doesn't work. Decided to add $20 to a new card and that one doesn't work either. My tenant called and was promised a service call...OVER TWO WEEKS AGO. Two days ago, I escalated my issue to a "supervisor." She promised me a call back yesterday. No call. We have a total of 12 machines on our property, out of the 12 machines 5 do not work and have not for months. I am genuinely curious if this company enjoys only receiving one star reviews. I have been living in my building for two years and for a whole entire year of that time one of the washing machines has been marked to be replaced. I have attempted to call, but now I guess I have to resort to public shaming because at the end of the day this company does not even remotely care about customer service. The owners of our building (Lawlerwood) seem to be in love with this company. The only good thing I can say about them is....so far, I've been getting every dime of my refunds back in the mail. This last time, they owe me $20 because pretty much every single one of our machines throughout our building is broken and ready for the dumpster. There has been many times where the washing machines would wash my clothes and wouldn't wring out all of the water, and so I'm taking them out after the cycle was complete and wringing them out by hand and tossing them into the drier that ended up failing to put out any heat whatsoever. This company should be out of business. They're machines continuously rip and leave marks on clothing. They are completely responsible for ruining expensive clothing, load after load and will come up with any excuse in the books not to reimburse you. Even after showing pictures and evidence of the items, and confirming with the building that CSC came to service and repair the machine after the request was made, they still somehow won't reimburse a single claim. Their excuse is you would've needed to save the original receipt and who on earth saves receipts after taking the tags off items and wearing! I will REFUSE to live in another building that works with CSC ServiceWorks!!! First claim was refused with damages over $1,000 worth! The machines are worthless and I assume the company is too. In Bayvue apartments the machines never work or they will wash and not spin. I called the leasing office and was instructed to call CSC. So I called and they said I would receive a refund of $3.50 in 12 days. There's only 3 machines and they're all broke. So now, I have to drive to a laundry mat. What an inconveniences! Hello, I'm writing this letter as a complaint for the multiple issues that I have been dealing with since conducting by business with CSC ServiceWorks. I'm very disappointed by the way everything has been handled since leasing a washer and dryer from CSC. To start with I had placed an order and upon delivery of the washer and dryer, the appliances did not fit. After waiting another week to have replacements delivered, not even two days later I got a call saying that water was pouring into the apartment below mine. I finally was able to make it to my apartment from work and shut the water off. Come to find out, the washer was draining water out of the washer unit into my neighbor's house below mine. Long story short, my apartment that I just recently moved into is going to have to have the carpet torn up and replaced as work done in apartment below mine. I made a call to CSC and after waiting on hold, they let me know it would be over a week until they could send workers out to me. Not only that, the only thing that CSC offered me was $20.00 for the time I will be without my washer and dryer that they installed. I'm very disappointed in how careless and unprofessional business has been conducted ever since I started working with CSC. I've tried my best to be patient up until this point, I definitely expect some sort of compensation for all of these issues and will proceed to contact CSC until I receive it. read more

They just appeared one day without telling anybody and install a camera and a system when we have to pay through their app. They left the option of a coin which doesn't work. They took my money and now I can't get a refund. I tried to call 3 times waiting 30 minutes and when finally got connected, I hear 2 women talking about their personal business and avoiding me. USERS BEWARE!!!! This company is very shady. They take your money, and then their mobile app does not work with their machines. You can call, submit via the app for a service request and NOTHING every happens. I have contacted my property manager and they have they same issues. CSC Service works will not send a technical out to trouble shoot why their equipment will not work. When you call to request a full refund of your moneys on your account the representatives are not helpful. They pass you form person to person and when you ask for a supervisor or a manager they tell you that one is not available and become rude. They will not provide you with any confirmation numbers for your refund or a email stating it is in progress. So you ultimately have no clue if the refund is actually happening. If you decide to use, BEWARE of the crappy customer service. read more

Dirty machines, often broken, terrible system for adding money to the cards to even use the machines. You have to get a code and put it into another machine. Seems like a waste of an online portal. It didn't even work that way. Dealing with customer service on the phone, they will speak poorly to you and try to ma'am you to death. Won't listen when you've explained the problem multi times already. It took four times explaining for it to even be clear the rep was asking the wrong information when I had offered what was needed early on. They only give a first name, but his name was Alex. Couldn't then add any money to the card or dry my clothes for some reason. Called up the company and was basically told no to everything I asked. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I would not give this company one star but in order to post a review I had to. So it's a NEGATIVE STAR!!!! My laundry card stopped working and it had $40 dollars. I was told to send it back for a refund. I was told that upon receipt it would take 7 to 10 days. Since the card had $40 I was told to send it back certified mail which I did. The card was sent back in February and it was received 2 days later: I waited a week. Then I called. The representative told me that card had not be received WHICH WAS A LIE! I tracked the certified mail and it was received! When I told her this information is when she asked for the number and then told me oh yes it was received it will take 7 to 10 days to process. NO APOLOGY FOR TELLING ME IT WASNT RECEIVED! I waited 14 days. NOTHING . I called the company which kept me on HOLD for over a half hour to be told that they will send an email to the dispatch requesting the refund and I should have it within a week. I waited another week. NOTHING. I called back. Waited another 20 to 30 minutes to be told we will send an email regarding the refund and I should get the refund in 10 to 12 days. I waited two weeks. NOTHING! I called back. Every time I called back the representatives asked you different questions and gave me different answers. I even asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one. A company with no manager. I asked can I contact the place where the refunds are being issues from to speak to them. I was told they could not release that contact information. I made calls! I made emails for almost two months! My last email i stated I was going to report this company to the better business bureau, to Yelp, to our building management, and to our tenants. I live in a building where a good percentage of the people are on fixed incomes, are unemployed due to covid, are elderly etc. etc . After two months I finally received a check for $40. Unbelievable! In addition every call And email I made verified my address. CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY SENT THE CHECK RTO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! The mail man recognized the name and knew what was my address and forwarded it to me. So if I budgeted my laundry once a month for $40 because that is what my income allows me to do i would have to wait to do laundry for two months because it took that long to get refunded.
