We hired Jersey Boys to paint our deck in Cape May. During the painting process, there was…read moreoverspray that resulted in paint on the siding, trim, and windows. Unfortunately, I did not notice the extent of the mess until after they had left our property. I contacted the owner, Frank, to discuss resolving the issue, and he assured us he would address it. We waited several months for the cleanup to be completed. Subsequently, during their cleanup the deck sliding door was inadvertently painted shut. I reached out to Frank again, who apologized and offered a complimentary power wash as compensation. When I attempted to schedule the power wash this spring, I was informed by Frank that the season had not yet begun. Upon asking for a suggested follow-up date, I did so as advised. However, during my next contact, he indicated that the company was too busy with larger projects and could no longer fulfill the promised service. I remained understanding and requested a confirmed date to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, the promised date for the complimentary power wash passed without any follow-up or service from Jersey Boys. Overall, I have found the company's customer service to be lacking, and the quality of work has not met expectations. Working with them has been challenging and disappointing.

I honestly expected it to be much more expensive! He arrived with another worker that was assisting him. They came prepared with all of the necessary materials already in his work van. ​I believe the owners name is David. The only reason that i chose to rate with 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that I felt he sometimes came off a little bit rude, almost arrogant. However, that personality flaw didn't affect the quality of work he accomplished and the jobs that were completed for me were absolutely 5 star worthy jobs. People skills can definitely be improved and are needed when running a business if you want to be professional. Him and his worker were right on time, thoroughly completed every project I've hired him to finish, and did so in an extremely timely manner. I could tell that he was a family man that valued certain morals and qualities and i was impressed when he offered to come and handle the one emergency type call for me on a Saturday, which wasn't even during his normal business hours. That was probably what sealed the deal for me to later hire him multiple other times. Ive never been disappointed with the outcome of his work, only ocassionally annoyed by the smug attitude that admittedly left pretty much as quickly as it came and he returned to being the expert electrician that gave me such reassurance to put such important jobs in the hands of Ludlams Electric, knowing that ultimately my family would be safe of any type of dangerous electrical accident due to his thorough understanding of the trade, his competency, and his communication with me on what it was that he was doing, why he was doing it, and what I could expect. Not once have i regretted using Ludlams Electric and i have personally recommended him to a few friends and family members and they all had very positive experiences similar to mine. So long as he is still available in my area, i will never use another company! And his prices never exceeded the estimate that i received upon hiring him. 10/10 would recommend this service. ( i actually think the negative reviews are false, or atleast must be caused by some form of major confusion or clashing of personalities! )​

I am shocked I have to write this because we have had very good prompt service in the past. And…read moretruthfully, the problem is not their service. The problem is they damaged my driveway and now refuse to pay for the repair. Long story: Months ago I damaged the edge of my 200ft driveway closest to the septic tank by driving off the back edge causing a crack approximately 18" long with my full size pickup. When we scheduled our latest septic service we asked that the driver bring pads or mats fearing the truck may have to drive off the same area to get close to our tank. The scheduler said they would make a note and notify the driver. When the driver arrived he backed down our driveway and as he adjusted the truck in the position he wanted the front wheels went over the edge in 4 spots causing major cracks to the side of the driveway more than 50ft from the area I was concerned about, due to the weight. After the service, and once the truck was moved I noticed the damage and notified the driver, "Abe" who stated he was "the one who always breaks stuff". He acknowledge the damage, took photos and wrote it on the invoice at my request. He forwarded the photos to the office. Now after several emails and phone calls, Abe is saying he merely drove over an already damaged area. This is completely false and they continue to argue about having to pay for the repair. Beware.
