Very disappointing. The facility and staff seem very kind and considerate however every time I have gone in. The facility is clean. I really wish this accident didn't happen otherwise I'd have a much different review.

They are the worst, and have been since this clinic location opened. This is not a new problem, these 3 women are consistently dismissive, rude, and look like they'd rather be anywhere else. They are completely unhelpful, and visibly annoyed whenever you ask them to actually do their job. It's a shame to have the actual worst front desk staff in all of the treasure valley at a clinic with actual good and needed providers.

So they keep taking new patients and leaving no appointments for established customers, which means "they don't care, because it's all about getting more money and bringing in all the new patients". Our veterinarian started that too, but stopped taking new patients, so they could take care of their existing customers". I will find a different skin doctor, but it's sad to see what this valley has become with all the influx of people, it's just not the same.

I had a bone density scan this week at St. Luke's Eagle location. A majority of my appointments…read moreusually take place downtown or in Meridian. So, it was nice to have a 5 minute drive to my appointment since this office is down the road from me. The receptionist here is so nice! The downtown location should take a couple lessons from the Eagle location. The receptionist smiled at me. She was kind asking me my general check in questions. She had personality. These basic skills are lacked in 90% of the people who work in registration downtown. If I can have all my appointments here, I would. I hung out in the waiting area till it was my turn. Zach, the imaging tech called me back to the scanning room. He went through the process of the scan with me and guided on how my properly lay on the scan machine. He had me position my legs differently for a couple scans. And before I knew it, I was done. It was quite an easy process which was nice. My other appointments require getting poked at. The Eagle office is night and day compared to Downtown. They are so nice here. It's a smaller facility with an Urgent Care unit which is nice for non emergency visits. It bums me out that I have to deal with the rude receptionists and security check in staff when I'm Downtown. But it was nice to see how the other half are treated at this location. I will have to get more appointments fulfilled here. I leave happy which is nice.

From theoment I walked in, the staff the checked me in were awesome! The nurse that took me in back and ran the scanachine was phenomenal and friendly. The two nurses that administered the stress test were amazing and friendly. To say the least, the staff made a note so pleasant test absolutely wonderful!! Thank you so much!

This is a lovely facility and makes getting a somewhat uncomfortable procedure done a little more…read morepleasurable. Feels more like a spa than a medical office. Very clean, brightly lit, and plenty of things to make a visit comfortable (coffee, tea, ice water, chocolates and mints). I've been three years in a row and have always had very wonderful technicians. Everyone there treats you as a valued patient, and really takes the time to talk through what they are doing, what to expect, and to answer any questions.

My wife's doctor, Dr. Menen, recommended that she go to Lyra Total Breast Health. It took some time…read moreto get the appointments and dates rigfht but after awhile, it was the magical day to go. I did fill out all the paperwork online yet, we were handled an ipad to answer more questions. While I find it extremely frustating, my wife had a cooler head. Finally, they took her back, and I stayed in the lobby. She was gone for quite a bit and I did a considerable amount of work while she was back there. She came out and was all smiles. She had been detected by St. Lukes mammogram and Dr. Menen as having dense breast tissue. Mammograms are not conclusive due to those machines. Lyra does an IV contrast and we were fortunate to find out that she did not have any masses. So far, we have not had any issues with billing and insurance, and if my wife is happy, then I will be glad to write the 5 star reviews.

Except for the miscommunication on pharmacy on my last visit, this facility is top notch in my…read morebook. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and professional. I've had a couple of visits here since they opened, and I am glad that they are close to my home for non emergency needs. Don't believe I've ever waited longer than 20 minutes to get in, but it all depends on how busy and who's more in need! Always be "patient" at any urgent care, as they do their best to accommodate many. Would highly recommend here for care should you ever need it.
