I forgot my blanket so I went back to the vehicle and then returned to a man with curly hair locking the door in my face. I showed him my authorisation code and he said I was 2 mins too late. He was unpleasant and complete (insert bad word here.) I do understand business hours but for the love of Thor, WTHeck dude. That was ridiculous. I don't do it for the money. I thought I was "saving lives." It really upset me. If the closing time was so soon to the approval on the app, why is the app not updated to not allow a half hour or even a 5 min notice on same day. I filled out the information in the parking lot right before I walked to the door. I work in customer service, I know how it feels to finally get to end of day. I have rambled enough.
