First and foremost, you need to be aware of a few things. One: If you are a first-time donor, then you need to bring either license / state ID, your Social Security Card, and mail that is not addressed to a P.O. Box. Second: The first session takes over three hours. Third: Eat as much healthy protein as you can within an hour of donation or you may vomit. For a business that relies on people donating their time and plasma, they do not seem to care how the donors are treated. From being rude to not seeming to have any type of expertise in inserting needles, this place needs an overhaul. The time spent plus the gas required to get there is barely worth the money paid. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Be prepared for anything. Long waits, rude employees, and, if you play your cards right, you may just see fights break out and even have police escort donors out of the business. I wish I were kidding. I'm not. The employee's are great. I stood in line for over an hour and not for the first time, someone came in reeking of weed. Usually it does not bother me, I have a major allergy to weed it closes up my airway and raises my blood pressure. I had to leave at 11:15AM wasting my time and gas, because I could not breathe. I have had a good experience with the staff there. They seem to be a little rushed at times and I had 1 phlebotomist who seemed under trained but overall it was as painless as could be expected. read more

I've been donating here for some time now and I can honestly say that it's not the greatest when it comes to being courteous. Which is one of their "promises to you". They have since day one been back and fourth moody with myself and many others. They yell at you for standing in the wrong place when in line and they kick you out of the building if you are in the waiting room and not waiting for the nurse even if you just finished donating and just want to be safe. They also aren't the most clean place either I've walked in to see blood on the floor in the halls and the bathrooms it's not the best. If you have small donations you will not be getting a lot of compensation for your donation so don't be surprised to here bio life pays more for you. But on the good side you don't have to make appointments to donate here if you come in before close you will be good to go. (Though this does mean time issues since they are understaffed) read more

I come in for the extra funds but sometimes the customer service isnt the greatest. The bonus that they give help as well.

This center is lacking. I drive an hour to come here, and they always find some reason to deny me. Today I was set aside for 40 minutes waiting to be told I could not donate because I have a little sweat pimple. The staff are inconsistent, always short handed, and rude.
