It's beyond comprehension to find the love that was exhibited to Linda and I from the Elkhart General Hospital ICU staff, the Indiana University Medical center ICU staff and all their wonderful people from the valet parking to the 6th floor. These are incredible loving people. Linda loved every one of them. She had special names for all of her caregivers, she loved them so much. A special, special, special thanks to our ever so loving church friends that stood by Linda in her time of need and me in my time of sorrow. Your love is beyond belief. An ever so humble Thank you to Jack and Karen Rorie our pastor and wife at The Sanctuary church in Osceola, IN. In the most critical time of Linda's sickness they spent 3 nights sleeping on chairs in the waiting room in their concern for my precious lady, what awesome love. I had been considering donating plasma for several months but did not have any idea what to expect…read more I went to another plasma center in town and turned and walked (ran) out after seeing 2 people fist fighting in the lobby and the staff basically ignoring it. When I came to Biomat I was greeted by friendly faces, a clean building and professional environment. The nurse Kris who I talked to was so friendly and nice to everyone she dealt with. Linda was also really nice. Glad I didn't give up after the first center, Whole different vibe. Plan on going regularly.

Because i use a cpap machine. I understand not every medical condition can be listed, but cant the most common issues be listed on the website stating you need something from your doctor saying its ok to donate before spending all that time for nothing? Using a cpap machine is pretty common. I will not be going back.

Today was my 3rd attempt at donating here. The first time I went, after making an appointment on…read moretheir app, they turned me away even after showing the confirmation email. I come in the next day, get processed, then sit and wait for an hour and a half to wait and be seen by a nurse. So I leave after I'm PROMISED compensation(cash) for my troubles by a manager, not Taylor. Because of that promise, I come in for an appointment two days later at 4:20 pm. I get processed and am about to donate when Taylor tells me they won't be keeping their promise. She then hands me a card I can budge everyone with. Whoopty Doo. THEN they charge me $10 for 2 of their debit/cash cards that I never received. Oh, and I was there for over 3 HOURS!
