After being on hold for 20 mins cuz the app just haves robots with no agents, they did a report, now I have to wait for a phone call to know more about my issue with them stealing..... lol On top of that I have scammer calling me all damn day lol thanks! now I have to answer my phone today... smh

There was a delay getting me set up and started because of stickers/sample tube needed/nurse/mgmt was busy ect... but he calmly apologized & explained & reassured me all while multitasking and taking down & setting up other donors. He is excellent and will do well in any medical career he choose because a good Attitude is everything. I was also impressed with the nice young ladies who pre-screen you ( weight, temperature, finger prick;-(,ect.) The ones that screened me on 11/01/2025 & 11/03/2025 were SWEETHEARTS! Very helpful & kind in explaining what to do next ect. I'm giving this location a FIVE STAR REVIEW & definitely recommend it! The staff does a great job of walking you thru the process and making sure you have a full understanding of why they are doing certain steps.
