From check-in to the chair, everyone made the process smooth and comfortable. On my most recent visit, I donated platelets for the first time at their request and it went great. They explained everything clearly, checked on me throughout, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They final trouble shoot then another ISSUE, I had NO FLOW, needle had to be readjusted! No one APOLOGIZED for my INCONVENIENCE! 2 donors set up in my section after me left way before me!!!! They definitely play in your face then gossip & laugh about it!!!!:-(
