She left out for a break and still hadn't returned by the time I had gotten finished. I don't ever want to be seated in her area again. Everyone was complaining and she stated that everyone had been eating bad the night before. Not everyone. Lucky for me I didn't get stuck by her because I fear I would have had the same outcome. It wasn't the facility itself it was just her. She isn't a good look for that environment. Everyone else is so amazing. I really love coming here but Keithann is a game changer.

I did NOT know about the eating before hand thing so I hadn't eaten within the two hours they suggest. will try eating a big meal next time. But I am glad I found out here because I was going to give blood at school and TBH there's not guarantee I would've eaten before I did. They were able to get me back to feeling normal again quickly. I didn't pass out or puke but I certainly felt like I was going to. I am glad they already knew what to do because I never would've thought to use ice packs or cough. Dad used to come here all the time to donate and wanted me to go with but I was a baby about needles. Luckily I bled quickly so I didn't have to deal with the needle under my skin for long. Hubby may have to give blood again in more regularly so if so we will definitely be back.

I like helping my community. Vitalant is a company that several years ago subsumed several blood banks across the country, including Lifeblood. Lifeblood had been based in Memphis, and covered a good part of the Mid-South at one time. This is still a free blood bank, i.e., donors are actually freely giving their blood, and are never paid money for their donations.

Please try to get more employees to work in the front.
