Justin, the cycling coach, has also been incredibly helpful in getting me set up with everything I need each visit. The facility is beautiful, the equipment is in great shape, and they even have showers (which came in handy the day our plumber shut off our water for several hours after my ride!). These guys are super welcoming and make everything so easy. Give Simba the Airedale some pats when you come. Highly recommend. Over the years that I have gone there, I have seen brides (and bride's mothers!) work to get in shape for their big day. I have also seen clients working to come back from an injury or illness make outstanding progress with help from the Pinnacle team. There are also many students athletes who have further refined their skills with training at Pinnacle. The best thing is that your training is focused on you and your needs. If you are intimidated by crowded big-box gyms, Pinnacle is the perfect spot to get comfortable with exercise and work towards your fitness goals. Spoke with other nearby businesses (some CP, some different studios) and they said this is a known issue with this owner. They oversell subscriptions and underhire teachers / classes to maximize their profits. Surprising that this type of business practice is legal. The gym itself is usually very crowded by younger men who work out in groups of four or more. Many people sitting at machines using their phones and no one mentions anything to them. Really not worth it unless it is the only option you have around.

Actually due to what is happening in Japan, we made a decision not to buy new Matcha from Japan, so it will be difficult to get clean Matcha from now on." The studio is very clean and spacious and feels pretty welcoming. The class was pretty fast-based and upbeat and you get a good burn. However, I'm not sure that it would be the best choice for someone who is brand new to barre. Though the teacher did observe everyone's form and corrected where required, I do feel like some of the movements were unclear or confusing.
