I was introduced to JP and Salim (owners), and was blown away by their knowledge and friendly approach of the human body and fitness. They introduced me to Isophit training coupled with M.A.T. to prepare me for a speedier recovery from my surgery (Isophit), while relieving my constant pain (M.A.T.). I have been almost pain free while strengthening with a full body Isophit workout. I am always greeted warmly by all staff members and I have felt very welcomed since day 1. I found Results looking for ANYTHING to help with my very damaged back that has caused me pain and I have not slept comfortably for a solid 8 years. 1st and foremost Salim, (results trainer) took the time to thoroughly get detailed info about my injury. With the knowledge of what's going on with my body he told me what to expect week by week and he has been spot on. I decided to take the ISOPHIT classes 3 days a week (nutrition plan included) and after a few weeks I was able to mix in some REDZONE classes. It's been 8 years since I have really done any exercise and a bit over a month later, I sleep better then ever and have no more back pain. Results is AMAZING in every way. I don't usually review places unless they are exceptional and Results is!!! My very favorite part of Results is the size. Its personal and I never feel like a number in an overly crowded class where personal attention is void. I can't say enough.....

I found her flagrant disregard for my well-being and health truly appalling. She pushed me to my absolute limit physically, and I suffered a severe injury to my spine as a result of my training with her and am still in recovery and unable to resume work or physical activity 6 months later. I do not want anyone else to suffer the same fate as me. Please be careful and take caution before training there!

Well, I am well past my first 10 weeks with no end in sight. Gerardo has a unique talent for not only making workouts unique and interesting each time but he also knows how to inspire you to new heights of achievement. It's not just a workout but a new way of life --incorporating cardio, endurance, strength, power, and diet. I considered myself to be in "decent" shape but now, wow. I am back to hitting the treadmill at 10-year ago speed levels, playing basketball injury free, and even getting a good night's sleep. One more thing, my corporate schedule is brutal. Last but not least, you will no doubt become great friends with the other bootcampers. It's a supportive group of people which is just about the best motivation you can have to get out of the house and make it to the gym.
