I paid over 7,000 for the hearing aid . I was devasated. I realized that the reason the hearing aid kept falling out was because the mold was too short. Come to find out later that it was the office manger, Racelle who put the mold in my ear. Estella, who is the only real tec. did the second mold . She had to know that it was their mistake. This time Estella made the mold. She knew that Rechelle was not leagaly suppose to make the mold. I should not have had to pay for their mistake. It ended up costing me 14,000$ for hearing aids. I had to pay 7,000$ for each hearing aid. Another issue I had with Alpha Hearing aid was just a couple of weeks ago one haring ais quit working so I took it back to alpha for repair. While I was waiting for the left hearing aid, I was wearing only one ear and my eqilibrium was making me dizzy. It was over a week, so I called and they had it, finally. I wanted to come in and pick it up but she booked up. I was so agravated, I got a Lift and came in and demandd to get the hearing aid. It was just sitting there so I picked it up and left. I called again and was put on hold and then disconnected. Went to their office only to be told I was there on the wrong day. There were 3 people in the office and no one was answering the phones. Even though the Northridge office is closest, I am taking my business else where. I seriously doubt that I got my appoinment day wrong.
