The man who approached me was really nice. I asked him if he knew a good auto shop that won't gouge me on pricing. He confidently and respectfully talked up his own Company and having worked for Grand Prix for 7-8 years. His suggestion also saved me money. When I got to Grand Prix a man walked out from the back right office and told me that they'd looked at my car and found out that both problems were recalls that are free from the dealership. Nobody's here at all during any of those hours so don't bother coming by unless you call and make an appointment apparently but nowhere on the shop does it let you know that you need to make an appointment nor do they tell you when you call the day before to confirm that you need to go there. my sister was in a very bad accident totaling her car and it was towed here, while it took us days to even get a hold of anybody when we got here we sat in the blazing heat for two hours on the phone with three different people before someone finally showed up absolutely horrible, horrible place.
