Price were so reasonable and she offers packages if you buy multiple treatments at a time. The shop is so cute, and the receptionist was always great. There were a couple times when I was out of town for a period of time and she actually shipped me the products I ran out of and needed really quickly. No hassle, just called and told her (or the receptionist) what I needed and where to send it. So easy and great service. The worst thing about moving away from Westchester to NYC has been losing her as an aesthetician. I haven't found a comparable replacement in Manhattan yet, and with the absolute wealth of options in the city I feel like that's saying something. If you're anywhere in the area I would highly recommend Amber. I didn't even live that close to Bedford Hills and drove about 35-40 minutes each way every time I went to an appointment. So worth it.

There was no real attempt to accommodate me, squeeze me in, offer a coupon, or make up for the inconvenience. I was offered another appointment on a different day even after explaining that I was leaving for vacation shortly and today was my only opportunity. This location is not close to my house, so I wasted my time and gas driving there for nothing. What made it even more frustrating was the lack of empathy. I left feeling like my time didn't matter. Unfortunately, this isn't even my first scheduling issue with this location, and I've had friends experience scheduling problems there as well. At this point, the service feels inconsistent and unprofessional. Ironically, I ended up finding a local waxing boutique that fit me in the same day, was much closer to home, and charged less than EWC. That made me realize there's no reason for me to keep driving out of my way and paying more when there are businesses that provide better customer service.
