I'm shocked this place has any stars. This spa is less then relaxing. I should have known it was going to be a terrible experience when I asked to use the bathroom and the big washing machine was in there. I get in the room and it's bright and there is no robe or shoes just a think sheet to get under. Then a woman comes in. The "1hr" massage that was actually 36 minutes wasn't bad. I felt her kneel on the table- but when she straddled me that was enough. But the she stood up over me and that was too much. This bed is made for one, not two. Then she left the room with the door open to get hot stones - okay nice touch but not with the door open. Then all of a sudden there are two women in the room. Wtf how you just have someone else in the room while I'm naked. By this point I'm pissed. Then I get a facial. It was a mess. She walks out the room and leaves the door cracked and I hear her talking with the other staff. 8 minutes go by and she's still not back. So I get dressed and come out. Apparently she wanted me to sit there and wait until she came back. wtf any other time I got a facial they rub your neck/shoulder while the mask is setting. But no she left me with the lights on, turned off the steam and was chatting it up in the front. Needless to say unless you want to be straddle, exposed, and left alone DO NOT GO HERE. read more

My daughter and I got a massage here last Sunday and we both loved our massages. Very clean, professional and on time. It was 90 minutes of heaven! They were very good about COVID. Kept their masks on the whole time and when it was time to turn over they handed me a fresh mask to put on. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend. read more

Always take out my knots and my stress every single time. Highly recommend. The place is clean and relaxing. I love the hot stones on my back. The front desk is super friendly as well. Every time I come here I get a great massage. Upon entering I am warmly greeted and then am guided right into a room, many times without a reservation. They have a clean facility, nice relaxing music and know helpful massage technique to get rid of knots and help you feel much better. One customer had complained about a therapist getting on her knees on top of the massage bed to do one of the techniques, but I happen to love it. Came here on a last minute desperate decision for a massage. I booked a 90 minute massage and enjoyed every minute. No frills kind of place and everyone was very kind. Honestly the smell of the room (musk?) threw me off. Im so glad i found this place! I have a combination skin (dry and oily) and I develop lots of black and white heads which require a regular clean up. Had no problems booking an appointment and i reached promptly at my timeslot. The lady who assisted me with my facial was knowledgeable and professional. She was quite meticulous and from her technique i figured she would be a great masseuse as well. Will definitely be back for more services. I went to them this morning after sleeping wrong for two nights in a row. my neck was so bad I couldn't even turn my head. I told them my pain areas and wow did he really dig in. Apparently he knew what he was doing because I now feel 100 times better! Staff is friendly friendly and personal and very quick response time. I do not like to leave bad comments but this is not a good place for a wax. Was looking to wax my legs and bikini and saw on their website that they offer waxing. I called and scheduled an appointment. For both services they said it would be $100 instead of $115 that they usually charge and at first I was really excited about it. Although the person who waxed me was a nice lady she did not wax me well. She kept leaving hair here and there without waxing and did not give me a full brazilian because she did not wax me in the back. She did not wax my toes and when I told her that she said it would be an extra fee. Very upset from this experience. I have been to many waxing places in the city and Westchester and this is so far the most expensive and the worst wax service I have received. Really upset and disappointed. read more

I went along with my mom for her first massage ever after reading great reviews about this place. We walked in on a Saturday morning at 9:45am and were the only clients there. We were accommodated in the same room since there was availability to do so. The room we were in had relaxing music, and it would make for a great atmosphere, except that our massage therapists talked throughout most of the massage in their native language, and giggled. The massage was not relaxing. I have had countless massages and this was the least professional. Never have I had the massage therapist get on her knees on the massage table, or end the massage with 3 slaps to my back. This was a terrible experience for my mother's first massage, and we will not be returning. read more

I went here today with my fiance for the first time and it is amazing! It is the best massage I have ever had. Some places rub your back with oil, charge you $90 and call it a massage. :-/ But not this place! They actually work on the areas where I need it most most using different techniques like massage, stretching, etc. Their Thai style is my favorite! I can't go back to regular massage anymore. So my upper back is very much in pain right now. I mentioned to the masseuse 5 times she's being too rough but she just laughed every time I said it as if I was joking with her. As the masseuse continued to hack away at my back, I felt increasingly uncomfortable and all I wanted was to be finished with this session and to leave and never come back. I have a bruise on my back now. Word of advise to the masseuse, when your client says multiple times you're being too rough you need to stop digging and lighten up. read more
