She was incredibly thorough without ever making the experience uncomfortable, which I really appreciated. The spa itself is so welcoming, with a cozy waiting area where you can enjoy a cup of hot tea or cold water before your appointment. It really sets the tone for a calming visit. The technician was very thorough, and she did the treatment in literally 5 minutes. I was so pleasantly surprised! After two treatments I no longer see shadows under my arms. I still get hair growing in, but it's fine and light. After 7 treatments for my underarms, I still get hair growing in. I only have to shave about once a week though, and there are no dark shadows. It's more like peach fuzz. I am 4 treatments into my lower legs, and I hardly have ANY hair growing back!
