Every time I try to give this place another chance I leave very unsatisfied and wishing I just waited for my other place. Never again today was the last chance. Then when I speak up they all look at me and start talking in a different language obviously about me "sorry I spend my hard earned money and would like my nails to look what I pay for" I left that shop mad and it's like I just ripped up money and threw it out the window. I show her what my nails look like she knows they look horrible and instead of fixing them She goes OK. I come back later to redo them. I don't have time to come back later okay how about I pay later once you make them acceptable? My daughter also got a Manicure looks like a child painted, nail polish all over the sides of her nails all over her skin they did fix that but after looks and the talking in a different language because I guess I'm wrong because I asked them to fix it. Tracy been doing my pedicure for a while but I never was happy with my pedicure and my manicure because there was always an uneven my nail shape, and I asked her all the time to make it a nice, and she never did she didn't ca...r...e...so one day I went to Bank of America, and I asked the cashier who did her nails and she told me Dianne at CT nail, then when it was my time to do my nails, I request her and she did it for me and I did love it so much she took her time and she was so neat and perfect , then yesterday I call if I can see her and Tracy answer the phone and she's like oh come down and I said I want to see Dianne , Tracy told me that she was booked the whole day and the next day, but I knew she was lying to me, because the place is new. Then I told Tracy that I'm gonna go to a different place and she was keep calling me and calling me and then I say that I want to see Dianne and she wasn't busy. Then Tracy sand me a pic of the book, then I said book at 3 o'clock with Dianne and she never answered to me.As, owner she should be more professional and don't be rude. BAD AT DOING ANY TYPE NAIL DESIGNS DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼ I went there because i wanted pretty summer nails like every other girl i seen on my feed so i've been planning that for a while now so, I went in washed my hands and sat at the chair, everything nice she had no problem understanding what i wanted to do so that got me really exited, but when the base was done...she fucked up my nails i tried to tell her that she needed to fix it and she said that it will be covered by the design so i said "let's trust the process" THEN she proceeded to lower my expectations by saying that it was too hard for her but she literally sat there half of the time acting as if she knew what she was doing then we went to the "french tips" very unsymmetrical she didn't even bothered on checking if the tips were symmetrical with eachother the manager came multiple times talked in a foreign language which there is no problem in doing so but they seemed like they were arguing and she kept looking at my nails, my intuition went off and the manager proceeds to give me a fake compliment on how good they look, mind you i've been sitting there for more than an hour so i was desperate i tried to calm down, said nothing about it, and let her do her thing.. i didn't like them so i was expecting them to be a little cheaper because i told her that multiple times, i asked them the price when i got up and she said "you'll see it in the receipt"- i was shocked. at that point i couldn't do anything because she already had my phone unlocked with apple pay on and when i saw the transaction notification i gasped and i wanted to pass out. 85 dollars for some devilish nails i ve always payed less than 70 not including tips or nothing they didn't even pushed my cuticles back or cut it, shitty cuticle oil placing and i bet not even kylie fucking jenner pays 85 dollars for short ass nails and her nails b looking cute all the time. Very unprofessional. I dropped off my 14 year old daughter to get her nails done. My daughter spent hours waiting for someone to do her nails, even though she had an appointment. They ended up charging her more they quoted to her on the phone. A week later, she scheduled an appointment to remove the nails which were badly done, again they made her sit there for hours and kept taking clients that came after her. VERY unhappy of how they treat minors that walked into their salon. I will never take my daughter or anyone I know there ever again!!!! read more

It surprises me that they did not ask what shape I want my nails, if cut or file. She just decided to file to whatever shape, to late to say anything. I don't think I would come back. My nail literally had groove instead of smoothness. I mention it but my issue was not address. I am NOT SATISFIED with my service. I can careless about the money its the quality and services. Ive been a customer of Tracy's since I was in middle school and she is the best of the best in Lynn. When she told me she was opening up her own nail salon I didn't hesitate to make an appointment with her. She does an amazing job every single time. The other nail tech is really talented too. I'm moving to Texas and I'm really sad to say goodbye to her, but better believe every time I visit I'll come for an appointment.
