Everyone was so sweet and made me feel right at home. Lana had me cracking up the entire time. this was the best nail salon experience I've had. Kathy paid amazing attention to detail and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them (they just changed owners/names of the salon by the way if you are having trouble finding it!) WOW, my expectations were exceeded. Don has done my nails each time and does an amazing job. His memory is awesome and he knows exactly how I like my nails, which ones need special attention, and random things I've mentioned about my family. The salon is not the fanciest place I've ever been, but I don't need that - I need a quality experience that allows me to leave with perfect nails. He pays great attention to the work and as everyone has already mentioned, his wife is also very sweet. I feel terrible that my regular nail tech just lost a customer, but I'm so happy to have an option that's closer to my house that offers a great experience.

My acrylic fill only took about half an hour at Nails Etc., which was much shorter than the ones I used to get in Tewksbury. I soon realized why when my gel nails that I've never had a problem with before started separating from my real nails. For $25, I expect better. I walked right in at my appointment time, chose a color for a very wide selection and was escorted right to my pedicure seat. They have two pedicure stations that were really just foot spas and a cushioned bench. Comfy enough, but no high tech massage chairs here. They offer two types of pedicures - just a normal pedicure for $28 or a spa pedicure for $35 which includes a foot scrub and mask. I opted for this one and my feet were super happy! My pedicure came out great. They only con is that they have no feet dryers so you have to air dry. They did put some sort of drops on my feet to speed up the drying process. Nails Etc also offers manicures, waxing, facials and professional makeup.
