Our appointment was for 12 PM and we were unfortunately seven minutes late as my kids had misplaced my car keys. I called to let them know and they said it was OK that we still came. The woman that did my mother's nails was very nice and talkative. She had a wonderful personality and was attentive. The nail tech that did my nails on the other hand was the complete opposite. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time, she was not personable or friendly. She didn't speak to me at all only to ask me if my shape was OK and at that point, I didn't feel comfortable enough to tell her that I was not happy with my nails. My nails were almond shaped and outgrown. As shown in the pictures what I left with was not almond shape. In fact, I don't really know what this shape is. They are lumpy and the lengths are all different. My pinky nail on my right hand is also curving to the right and the paint job is messy and rushed looking. When my nails were finished, the technician got up and walked away. She didn't say anything to me. I wasn't even sure how much I owed so I asked the other technician. On their website it states that a fill with gel polish is $48. For my fill and gel polish, with no broken nails, I was charged $60. I mentioned that that was not the price that was posted online, but I didn't make a big deal about it. You're not just paying for a service, you are also paying for an experience. This Is a big part of this job and unfortunately, my technician was lacking in that area. I did not leave feeling good about myself or the job that was done. I have never left a bad review over nails, but I would hate for someone else to have the same experience that I had and I am sorry, but this is not worth $60. Very disappointing.

I heard from a friend of mine who come to this place for years so came in for a try one day. the parking is not so convenience if you don't know the area but i had noticed a public parking right in front of the salon after i found a spot on the street. The place is small and warm feeling as i walked in. i did not have to wait very long for them to take me. ..... I don't feel the rushing when they do for my Pedi. The lady did my Pedi was not talk much as other girls but i think it was because of her limited English speaking. However, she makes sure that I get what I want. The girl did for my nail make me feel comfortable as we talking through out the processing of "nail make over". i got what they call "pink and white" set which come out fabulous. It is not fancy place but for the price they charge is reasonable. there are nail salons in every conner but it isn't easy to find someone who get what i want and need for my nails. i understand why my friend chooses this place now and this would be my nail place from now on. i have to ask for their names the next time I come in. read more

I like it here not just because they do a good job but also about the friendliness and reasonable prices. My friend took me here for the first time and I got a refill with a broken nail but they only charged me the filling. My nails came out awesome. I've been looking for the right place to do my nails for so long and I'm glad that I listen to my friend. My friend got the shellac nails and she also liked her nails. They have more gel colors than other nails salons in the around area. My friend told me that her gel color last for a good couple weeks at this place ( I'm thinking of taking my fake nail off and put on the gel meni just like her --still debating---:-). I'll tell my daughter to come here for her prom not because of free designs for students but I'm sure that she will get good nails and not overpay for it. read more
