I also want to add that I looked through some of the other reviews after I had already written my original review, and I actually came back to edit and include this part because I found it pretty telling. Let's just say I'm clearly not the only customer who has raised concerns about the overall customer experience. I'm writing this more as constructive feedback that I hope management can see and use to improve the store. If one or two people mention the same issue, maybe it can be brushed off as an isolated experience. But when a handful of customers are saying similar things, I think it's worth looking into and asking if something could be done differently. I know the store itself doesn't have much say over this, but feedback to Ulta as a whole, it would be nice to see some small products that are popular or things that they're trying to promote.
