Before Covid I had come in for a chemical peel. While receiving the chemical peel a drop of the solution landed on my left eye. Luckily it was closed. When I let them know that I had some solution on my eye the technician had just wiped it and said oh you'll be fine. My eye burned and hurt for about two weeks. I had paid for two chemical peels. Because of Covid I was not able to complete the second peel till just recently. The peel went OK, no solution fell on my eye. Be ready to be criticized about your face continuously. The technician said oh you have a pretty face but you need to do this and that and this and that. After the treatment, the sales pitch for products and more treatments were unbelievably pressured. I did buy a skin nutrient and healing mist. The total was a whopping $250.00. I was told the skin nutrient cost to 199 alone. That is insane. I can't believe this place is still in business. Like others I don't usually write yelp reviews but I had to take a moment and try to prevent others from coming here. I did not buy a groupon - we purchased full price and they still treat you like you're the problem. 1. They never answer the phone so making an appointment is extremely difficult. 2. My mom made an appointment for herself and I at the same time. She was notified a couple days before the appointment that one of the ladies was sick. I was understanding of this as I run my own business. However, I made a future appointment in person and supposedly I heard wrong that it wasn't the right day. Even though, I'm standing there with my mom saying this appointment is before my trip. The owner proceeds to tell me that I should be appreciative that someone sick didn't work on me. I'm so grateful for her lack of apology at all. She also kept saying it's my fault. Is this how you treat people at a relaxing day spa? 3. I asked for a refund since it's way too hard to make an appointment as this place. She said I could buy product online after telling me it's all my fault. Why would I want to buy product from such a dishonest rude company? This owner apparently doesn't want to run a business and/or hasn't been in this country long enough to know how to treat customers. I've been coming here for almost 2 years once a month for their signature dermasonic facial that consists of a thorough cleansing, glycolic peel, electro magnetic treatment to stimulate collagen, clay mask and LED light treatment. I am 37 and am outside every day with lots of sun damage and also have had a lot of problems with hormonal acne in the past. This has become a huge part of my skincare regimen and I don't miss a facial.I love the results of this treatment and have had many people comment on my glowing skin. I have been asked if I am doing botox or fillers as well. Granted, I'm still young but my skin has definitely taken a beating with my job outdoors. This place, their techniques, equipment, and staff are AMAZING! I started getting the dermesonic treatments before my wedding in September, as the past few years of long hours, 5 kids, and endless stress had taken a toll on my face and it was starting to drag. I'm not a fan of botox, and was looking for something that would refresh my skin and tightened the areas that seemed to be drooping a bit. After the first treatment, I saw results. After 8 treatments, everyone commented on how good I looked, asked if I just got back from vacation cause I looked so refreshed. People repeatedly have called me younger than my years since I began these treatments, and now I come in once a month for a relaxing treatment and face rejuvenation. It's relaxing, it works, and the products are amazing as well. I love that it's all organic, and that I can have my teenagers use the products as well.
