We chose to go with Supreme Seamless with David Lugo Smith. From the start, David was great with communication via text message and very accommodating. When he came to the house he clearly explained our options for styles of gutters and leaf screens, and how he would direct the water away from our foundation. This was a two-day project which involved removing the gutters one day, waiting several weeks while the house was painted, and installing the new gutters on a second day. It was complicated by the fact that the old gutters were installed under a layer of old concrete tile, that was under the terracotta tile. The old gutters had to be cut off to avoid damaging the tile roof. Some of the other gutter companies declined to do the removal. David and Team showed up on time each morning. They kept everything clean and tidy at the end of every shift. They had to navigate a tricky tile roofline. Throughout the two days, they demonstrated excellent attention to detail. I am a bit (a lot) of a perfectionist, almost to a fault - I was constantly inspecting the work, trying to find something to complain about. I couldn't find anything but diligent, professional, meticulous work from a friendly, polite, hard-working, and courteous crew. I can't say enough about the work they did. Ron was there from the first phone call for an estimate, to an in-person estimate, and then his personal hands-on installation work. Ron is a consummate skilled craftsman at his trade who was coaching a new assistant during our installation. He is a patient professional who visited our home several times to answer questions and refine the estimate as our thinking changed. When Ron comes and provides with you a quote the first thing you'll notice is his expertise, professionalism, and friendly manner. He will walk with you and ask your needs and wants. He'll give you his professional opinion and let you decide what works best for you. His pricing was reasonable and fair. Although Ron did not push it, I added the stainless screens on top of most gutter runs because we have lots of leaves from a Long Beach City tree and needles from our row of tall junipers. He was able to manufacture the gutters onsite with no seams and even painted inside the gutters to hide the original aluminum color. Unfortunately, it has been six days, and I have not received a call back from Andrew or anyone else at L.I. Metal Systems. I have since had two quotes and have hired another contractor to complete my job. I would not recommend contacting this company for work as they have shown no follow-through.

After they installed the downspout, they even do a touch up paint to the exterior wall so things look perfect.
