The whole deal was smooth as silk, friendly, less than 34 hours, professional. Dominic talked to me personally on the phone explaining everything, next steps, called the dealership to pass on their extensive inspection data, he even dealt with the Ford dealership service rep I talked to minutes before the follow up call. I'm a shade tree mechanic and a car guy.... They will do all my work and all my friends and family work in the future. Don't expect this, but (I assume) due to the recall issue that is quite serious and easy to diagnose.... they didn't charge me. I brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers on June 8, 2026, and after more than a week of repairs, I received my vehicle back on June 16, 2026. Unfortunately, after driving only about six minutes from the shop, my vehicle broke down and would not restart. This situation has caused significant financial, emotional, and personal hardship for me. I am a single mother trying to provide for my child, and my father is currently battling cancer and requires transportation to and from medical appointments. Having a reliable vehicle is not a luxury for my family--it is a necessity. After my vehicle broke down, I contacted owner Russ Miller and explained the serious impact this situation was having on my life. I informed him that I was spending approximately $100 per day on Lyft transportation just to get to and from work. There were also days when I had to miss work entirely because I did not have reliable transportation. As a result, I lost income and faced ongoing financial strain. I paid for a diagnostic service because I wanted to understand what repairs were needed. However, I do not believe a complete and proper diagnosis was performed. I also provided a starter that I had purchased and was told could be used on my vehicle. Instead, a different starter was installed, and my vehicle still did not operate properly. I was also charged $577.97 after being informed that a starter plug had broken during the repair process. While I was willing to work through these issues if my vehicle had been properly repaired, the fact remains that my vehicle was returned to me in a non-working condition and broke down almost immediately after leaving the shop. I also had interactions with Dominic and Josh during this process. Unfortunately, my experience with them was just as disappointing. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was repeatedly given information that I later found to be inconsistent with what actually occurred regarding my vehicle. Rather than helping resolve the situation, I felt dismissed, misled, and treated unfairly. What has been most upsetting is the lack of accountability and compassion shown throughout this process. I repeatedly expressed my concerns through emails and communications, detailing both my financial losses and the hardship this situation created for my family. Rather than feeling heard and supported, I felt dismissed and blamed for problems that I believe should have been addressed during the repair process. To this day, I do not believe full responsibility has been taken for the condition of my vehicle or for the financial losses I have suffered. My vehicle remained unavailable to me while I waited for another mechanic to inspect it, causing me to continue lose money and miss work opportunities. I attempted to resolve this matter directly and professionally before pursuing other avenues. I gave Russ Miller and Christian Brothers Automotive multiple opportunities to reach a fair resolution outside of court. Unfortunately, those efforts were unsuccessful. As a result, I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the NAACP, the Indiana Attorney General's Office, and other relevant organizations. I am also prepared to pursue legal remedies, including filing a small claims lawsuit, to recover the financial damages I have suffered. Consumers place trust in repair shops when they hand over their vehicles and pay for services. In my experience, that trust was not honored. The financial losses, stress, embarrassment, emotional hardship, and disruption to my family's life have been substantial. As a young Black single mother trying to provide for her child while helping her father through his battle with cancer, I expected honesty, professionalism, and compassion. Instead, I was left without reliable transportation, facing mounting expenses and unanswered concerns. I have retained emails and documentation regarding this matter and am prepared to provide them to any agency or authority reviewing my complaint. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Christian Brothers Automotive in Westfield, Indiana. Onwer Russ Miller is a very bad person. DON'T WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Each time the repair is done quickly and their prices are very affordable. My daughter's Hyundai has lasted 14 years and survived almost 200,000 miles thanks to the great service at Westfield Automotive. One time, while repairing my Alfa Romeo, they noticed an oil leak in the front of the engine. This issue was not discovered by the Alfa Romeo dealership technicians during my last warranty visit with them. The technician at the Alfa Romeo dealership was amazed by how Westfield Automotive was able to find the defect. The dealership fixed it free of charge since they missed it. All I can say is the technicians at the Westfield Automotive are the best. I'm glad I found them and I want to spread the word so you too can get great service at a great price.

I left it with Westfield Automotive as a last resort before giving up all hope. Instead, Jeff and his team fixed it (timing belt) at a reasonable cost and breathed new life in it within a couple days. If you are looking for a company that is honest, reliable, and timely for your vehicle repairs, look no further! Thanks to Jeff and Zach who exceeded all expectations!!! I am so happy!!

We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue.
