I could not believe how my experience differs from what has been said about this company and the guides. I thought it might be a competitor ! This tour operator was the only one offering a higher standard hotel in Vegas and Page .. we were put up at Park MGM which I booked a ore-night for $175 included tax but excluding $34 resort fee so you see two nights on them may have cost them less but I would be $400 if I did two nights in my own. Hotel in Page were running $125 and up . Our hotel was Best Western Plus and to cut down their cost it was booked without breakfast. We did a Safeway run and bought our own breakfast. The breakfast at BW was excellent with lots of variety and hot food... sorry we did not have that ... but it is understandable. The driver Eugene Cheung was steady and careful and courteous. The tour leader Leslie Lee is very professional, clear in his instructions in both English and Mandarin and very accommodating and courteous. He talks loud but have to overcome all the chatter so he demanded attention. As a result no misunderstanding of departure times and bathroom stops (he even tells us not to use the toilets at Antelope Canyon but wait till we get out of the park in another ten minutes. When drinks are expensive at the buffet he told us drink the soup! We feel very connected to him. This company is well organized and demand high standard from its guides ... I certainly hope others in my trip will attest to this. I am a travel agent so I will not exaggerate my observations. For four day three nights to Grand Canyon and also Lower Antelope Canyon cost was $353 per guest based on double and $120 single supplement. There was a surcharge for high season of $60. Tipping was $40 for four days and the rest of expenses are paid for admission and boat rides. Tip to driver was at your discretion so I gave him a well deserved $20. Tonight transfer to Vegas shows are included and instructions are very clear. This tour can be bought for a two day or four day and starts either in SF or LA I chose to forego the long bus ride and got my plane tickets and one extra night. Zero stars here as well. I really hope this place gets shut down due to their bad sales tactics. My family and I did their 3 day tour to San Francisco. The few things we dislike were their sales tactics. we paid $300 for 3 people which covers hotel and bus fees, we know that there is additional fees to pay for. But what they tried to do was they kept claiming that the price they list online were outdated. They tried to charge us $40 for their 17 miles drive trip even though it says $20. They tried that to every optional tour. We basically told them why the site isnt updated. We called it bait and switch. Also, for 17 mile drive, we only drove to one location and then drove out. Literally 30 mins inside the 17 mile drive and drove right out. $20 right there. We complained and our tour guide basically said it was needed to cover the other cost. Very tricky. AVOID. read more

Just got back from a 7 days tour code 773-402 departed in Rowland Heights that would've included Bruce Canyon which is the big reason we took this tour code, however, on day one we ask the tour guide when is our scheduled stop to Bryce Canyon and we were told we are not going there but according to the tour we purchased it was included. This is a case where we paid something but didn't get. Repeated calls to the agency Take Tours were unsuccessful. We have taken several tours before in Europe and Canada and when we get to a pick up point, load up and the tour bus start from point A to all stop with all passengers until the end of tour. Not this one, the bus stop to other place pick up or other tourist and drop off others. The tour guide is mediocre at best. He doesn't speak English good enough to understand his narration of places of interests and for us English speakers we're left wondering what's he's saying! Most of the tourists in the bus seems like from Asia because when the tour guide shift this narration in Chinese or I think mandarin the folks sometimes laugh! This company looks like it's geared onto Asian tourists, mainly Chinese tourist and for anyone to purchase a US tour find out from the agency first what company provide the tour service and if they say C Tour holiday, wall away fast. The hotels this CTour holiday chose are not what I expected here in the US, more like in a third world places; not enough hot water to shower, no elevator fo at least people with disabilities and not enough room on the first floor and only 2 of the hotels have breakfast, the other nothing to buy something for breakfast for 6 or 7 am departure times then eat lunch late. Lunch time is another issue where the bus stop in a small eater with 3 other tourist buses stop at the same time with half an hour to eat then the eatery runs out of food. This company have their own schedule of stop and don't follow what the agency where tour was bought. One other thing worth mentioning are the attitudes of most passengers where they don't seem to care about picking up their own trash. Trash all over at the end of the day! Unsat! Bottom line, when buying a tour before you do it ask the tour agents what company service their tour and if they mention C Tour Holiday, run away ask for other company then call that company and ask their schedule to make sure they go to places where the tour you plan on buying is where they go. Avoid this agency at all costs! This is my first day on the trip and I am having problems with the driver even before departing from the hotel. I can't speak for all the staff here but the bus driver just grabbed my mom's bag of empty cups (which she wanted to use in the hotel for cup-noodles at night) and snacks in the trash. The driver started yelling at us in CHINESE when we don't even speak the language. The nearby guests had to translate for us with broken english while the tour guide was just standing and watching. The driver not speaking English is fine by me but at least he should have enough common sense to bring the guide over to explain that there are no cups and snacks on the bus. I tried to ask if we can put the cups and snacks in our suitcase but he didn't comprehend and just kept yelling and walking away. The guide is also incompetent just as much as the driver! I booked my California tour through taketours.com which was recommended by my friend for cheap tours. And had I known ahead of time that they were going to connect us to this awful tour company, I would have opted for a different tour agency at the cost of a higher fee. Buyer beware!!!!!! I believe this company CTOUR is ran by organized crime. First, everything is paid in cash. (probably not reporting everything to IRS). After they collect your money, they say "no refunds". They always stop at buffets to eat and didn't mention any other options. When you reached buffet place, I saw many other cheater options across street. Then on trip back, which I thought would be straight shot, hey made transfer to other bus. They are not transparent on agendas. Then we were watching "Aquaman with Chinese subtitles", which is still in movie theaters. Can you pirate video. They said online, there would be a option tour. But the guide did not told us any thing about it. This option tour was on the same bus and it ran in an one way. I find it difficult to understand people who pay minimal fares for these tours yet expect premium service. I am still riding on a bus that had to miss out a lot of the planned itineraries due to the rough weather but how can anyone blame the tour co or the guide is beyond me. Overall we sat in the bus for much more than I would like due to heavy snow and road closures but me and my partner made a good time of it nevertheless. My only complaint was the smelly sheets at Clarion in Modesto. But you get what you pay for. Next time I pay double what we paid and stay at a good hotel. read more

They had a lot of optional fees which was actually not optional. They claimed the services fee which they didn't do their jobs normally. There were a lot of delay schedules everyday around 1 hour or more per day. The restaurants they chooses for you were all terrible and expensive. You would have no choice if you didn't choose the provided options. After all the service fee collected on the day before the last day, the tour guide would not do his job on the last day which he has collected the service fee. We signed up for the 3 days LA-Vegas/ Grand Canyon tour. Mind you the Grand Canyon was an optional tour on which we were quoted $50/person. We had the list price of the optional tour on picture and it clearly showed $50/person for the south rim of the Grand Canyon. This operator whose name was Vincent claimed that the price was outdated and we all 12 people have to pay a price of $90/person. Tell me if this is not OUTRAGEOUS!!!! And if we all refuse to go on with it, there will be a charge of $30/person regardless. ( WTF!!! $30 each person for not going on their SCAM of a tour???) We were OUTRAGED!!! On top of this there was a $27 mandatory tip fees per person for the 3 lousy days. Tips for their bad people skill and unwillingness to accommodate to others and plain rudeness! You just can't win with these people. They can't be reasoned with, so we all were just F this and paid the $90, and lesson learned when dealing with this shady Chinese tour company CTour Holiday. They are out there to get us. This company is run by a bunch of mainland Chinese people. The scammy, shady kind! The tour is mainly for people from mainland China, at least 95 % of them were. So if you're not from mainland China, I highly recommend you to take your money elsewhere. People, please don't be fooled when they offer you AYCE buffet right before going in to Vegas. This AYCE place is arranged by their company. I know $15 is very reasonable but let me tell you that the food is HORRIBLE. It is almost inedible, it tasted like it's been leftover since yesterday or longer. The food was not even hot enough to eat....come on, really???? Just plain nasty. To continue with our disappointment, our trip to the Grand Canyon on the second day was a joke. It took us literally 4.5-5 hours to get the the Grand Canyon from Vegas and was allowed only maybe 1hr before we head back to Vegas. What a waste of time. However, our substitute tour guide lady for the day was very nice and informative. On the other hand, our main tour guide person spoke English with a very heavy accent, more than half of the time we didn't know what he was saying. He would speak 1 minute of English in a very soft spoken tone then when it was time to speak mandarin he went on and on and VERY loudly over the mic, just obnoxious. Our hotel stay was the better part of the whole trip, but we did not expect that the hotel lucky dragon not having a casino in it. Another misleading advertisement. And btw the pool was the size of a kiddy pool. Literally! On the last day, things turned for the worst. As we were coming home, we were all expected to be drop-off at the same location where we were picked up on the first place...but guess what NOOO...I was FURIOUS to say the least on how they would make the mistake on where to drop us off and had the audacity to say that it is not one of their drop off location. Again WTF!!! Who in their right mind would pick up their customers at one location and failed to state that they will not be dropping us off at the same location. It did not matter how much I tried to reason with them, they just did not give a rats-ass. Also, there were others that were in the same situation. We were not alone. This just goes to show how unorganized, and unprofessional this company conduct their business. Just don't bother giving them your business. I just came back from a tour with these guys. While the locations were great (and I've never been to the NorthWest yet), these guys are the most unprofessional operators ever. There was trouble right from the start. We were to be picked up at San Fransico. They gave us the address on the contract, but the actual pickup place was somewhere else (thankfully a block away but come on). We reached the spot where we were to get onto the bus and it was total chaos, there was over 100 people and 2 other operations there. We were then introduced to our tour guide Zhang Yue (I'll refer to him as Yue from here on). Yue also brought his family along (9 women altogether). The tour was also mostly people from mainland China, which they had no idea on proper manners here in the US. They would rudely stand in the aisle on the bus while people were trying to get off or back to their seats. The driver, he was a nice man but the guy drives like a maniac, making several sudden stops and almost hitting a truck once. Yue spoke mostly Mandarin but would translate to English afterward, but he would not fully translate everything (as my father had some knowledge of Mandarin as well). He would go on for 20 minutes in Mandarin, but only 5-10 minutes in English. He also showed favoritism to his family, as they would often get the prime seats (front of the bus) while the rest of us were rotating between the middle/back. Food choices were terrible. Every stop for lunch and dinner, the first things he suggests are fast food/buffet places before suggesting other places. As for breakfast, due to early departure times (7 am), you had to eat breakfast really early or bring it with you to the bus. He also lied once about some hotels not offering breakfast but we found out on our own anyway (often we get up at 5:30 am just so we had ample time to eat) Yue also seems more preoccupied with his family than with the tour. On our third night, there was an apparent mix-up with the hotel and it couldn't accommodate all the families. We volunteered to be part of the group to the 2nd hotel (as we needed two beds and most of the rooms in the 1st place only had a single king size bed). But there was some issue with the 1st place and it took them nearly 2 hours to clear up before we could even start to travel to the 2nd place (I also noticed his family was staying at the 1st place as well which made me suspicious). We checked in at around 10 pm and had to resort to McD's for dinner. It was the at the last day where things took a real unprofessional turn. We were contracted to leave the tour after visiting the Pike Market in Seattle (which at the time though it was part of the main tour). The day before, we asked Yue on how we could make our way to the airport from there, and he said he can call an Uber and pay him the cash (which we had no problem with). But in order for him to be able to drop us off at Pike, we would have to pay an additional $35 to get to Pike in the first place. My dad saw there was a shuttle bus that was from the hotel that we were staying at for the night. He asked Yue if the hotel had any car service to the airport and he said no. But when we asked the hotel staff on our own, they said yes they had a free shuttle bus to the airport. So not only did Yue try to extort extra money from us (the fee to get to Pike and the Uber), he lied about the hotel shuttle. It was there that we told Yue we were leaving right there (after getting our luggage). Without him even looking at us, he said "OK, take care" I wanted to visit Pike (mostly to see the fish toss in person so I'm kinda pissed about that) and we were basically squatting at the airport for over 7 hours but it was better than getting extorted for extra money. We really felt like 3rd class citizens on this tour, with the blatant lying and the treatment of people not from his family. Avoid these guys at all costs! read more

I joined the 7/24/2021 California-Oregon-Washington R-7 tour. I seldom complain or write reviews. Especially when I saw many problems from old reviews still exist, so what is the point of writing one? However there were couple things I felt being ripped off. First we paid $35 each for City of Seattle tour, which they called 深度遊。 When we got there around 5 pm, most of the the shops were closed. Most of us ended up spent 2 hours inside Target, and yet we had to pay $35. When we asked the tour guide, he just blamed it on pandemic which was not new and had happened over a year. Secondly, one of the excursion on the last day was Barney Falls which was included in the $130 which we paid extra. Needless to say, we didn't go and no explanation from the tour guide. read more

This tour is completely a scam. First, the tour guide are extremely rude and impolite. During the pick up day, the tour staff was not helpful and reluctant to answer questions. The transportation is fair and the hotels are matched with the list stated. One day 6, they bring us to the Grand Canyon which charges 90usd and clearly stated the fees included a deluxe buffet. However, the tour guide said it is not included but only provide a sandwich (which taste horrible ), an apple, a banana , a small pack of chips and a bottle of water. The attitude was extremely bad and refused to take responsibility or even a question to his corresponding company (ctour) Completely disappointed to this tour and its company. Reliable transportation. Don't count on breakfast or wifi. On the way back from LV to SF right now. I signed up for the 7-day "Yellowstone (In-Depth), Grand Canyon East & South, Antelope & Grand Teton Tour from SF/Bay Area" through Globerouter. I knew the operator would be Chinese, but they did not reveal the operator to be CTour until after purchase. I was a little nervous from the reviews but it turned out to be a pretty good experience. For background, I am Chinese-American. About 10-15 years ago I took another Chinese tour (Lassen Tours) to Yosemite/Hearst Castle and it was sooo bad. But I wanted to give Chinese tours another chance because it was such a good value. CTours is very good for the money. You have to consider them mostly as a shuttle service. They bring you to many places, efficiently, and give you ample time to take pics and walk around for a bit (30-45 minutes). There was only 1 guided stop where you actually have to follow the guide. The tour is advertised as bilingual but 99% of the clientele spoke Mandarin and most were from China. The tour was 90% Mandarin and 10% English; English is mostly just logistics. You will not get a lot of historical information, but you can take the money you save and buy a guide book to read during the long bus rides. The bus is only 1 year old, pretty comfortable (good AC, adjustable footrests, power plugs at each seat, etc), pretty clean, and the driver is very good (I was most nervous about the potential for an unsafe driver - with all the Chinese tour bus accidents in the news). There were also ample rest stops, about every 2 hours. The food stops are mostly truck stops or buffets that cost around $15, not good but not horrible. There were usually fast food or mini mart alternatives around. No time-wasting kickback souvenir stops. Hotels were all over the place - one really yucky one in Yellowstone, but the rest were good and a couple were even nice. You won't be spending much time in the rooms because of the long days. An excellent choice for the independent traveler that doesn't mind being surrounded by Chinese tourists. There were also many children and it sounded/smelled like a schoolbus at times - headphones were a godsend. I would do again, great value for the money and we packed a lot in. Took a day or so to warm up (at first I was like "I have made a huge mistake!") but I really liked our tour guide Nicole as well. She had good control of the group and made sure to clearly convey the essential info in English. read more

This was the Worst trip EVER!! Bus was 1.5 hours late, filthy had used water bottles on the floor rolling around , we were one of two couples that spoke English! Pretty sure the driver didn't speak any English, even was legally allowed to drive the bus. Was a Grand Canyon West Rim/Hoover Dam trip Driver drove right past the Hoover Dam !! Guide said we would "catch it on the way back" made it safely to the Grand Canyon. Left there about 3:30, got to the Hoover Dam about 5:20 .. driver drove past it again Had to turn around can't park at ALL! Guide talked to a person at the parking lot which was EMPTY by the way came back and said there was a security breach that day and we weren't allowed in .. CROCK OF CRAP! It closed at 5!! The tour was badly planned. A five day 4 night tour actually was a one day tour. The first day and night was just arriving to Salt Lake City and check into hotel. You won't even be greeted by the tour guide. The second day was a long drive from Salt Lake to Yellowstone. The tour said that there will be several attractions along the way. But we just ended with a short stop to take some pictures. The third day was great. The guide did take us to several nice scenes to visit. The fourth day was again a long drive back to Salt Lake City with a few not worthy stops. The fifth day was just getting on plane to fly home. Besides, the guide was not very entertaining either. He hardly told us the schedule of the day and described the next scene for us. He didn't even greet you in the morning by saying " Good Morning". The hotels in Yellowstone was very bad and old. We would rate them with only one star out of five too. And beware that you need to bring cash to pay for the tips and any extra fee as soon as the trip started. Bring extra snacks and water too along the way because the guide did not plan the stops for lunch very well. You may feel very hungry and thirsty if you don't have any. Overall, I will not book another tour with CTour Holiday. read more

This is not a good tour company. They are not upfront with their charges. Buyers beware, our vacation initially cost $800 by the end of the tour, I end up paying an extra $960. Especially, the service charge of $10 per day per person. Also, they have a lot of optional tours to the point you can either join the tour a day late or you can cut your tour short, remember, let it be clear how many days you are joining the tour, otherwise, they will just charge you the whole amount even if you did not render service. Another bad experience, on our first day, tour guide is so inexperience, our whole group ended up having lunch at 3pm, imagine from 5am to 3pm with only 1 stop to convenient store and did not inform us about having late lunch. My kids suffered from heat exhaustion and starvation. I tried to complain but they seem to pass me around until there is nobody to talk to. I am not using this tour company ever again. They do not care about their customers experience. All they want is to get your money and you are on your own. Premise: You get what you pay for. We took a 5 day LA to San Francisco (2 days in LA, 3 days in San Fran inclusive of Universal Studios). For the most part, the tour was ok in that it took you to all the touristy areas. There was ample time to explore each location as you just take your snaps before moving on. Some complaints as per the below: 1) The tour is conducted in both Chinese/English. Your tour guide may not be the most fluent in English. Expect non-fluent English as this is geared towards more Chinese tourists. This is especially true when it comes to announcements. Always make sure to ask if you don't understand. Seems like they talked for a long time in Mandarin but kept it short for the English speakers. 2) There was an additional $35 city tour in San Francisco. In my opinion, it was not worth this price for the amount of locations that you visited. Some customers didn't pay the fee and were allowed to go in the optional tour. I guess there was enough interest from the paying customers to supplement the non-paying ones. Rip-off! Overall, you get to visit the main tourist attractions. Others Chinese tourists were friendly. Just a shame about the above let downs that they could improve on to better the experience. Be vigilant before handing over your money. Our family joined the 7/24, seven-day tour starting in Denver, Colorado. During the trip, we enjoyed the scenery of Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Devil Tower, Bear Park, and Yellowstone National Park. Everyone was excited when we saw the animals in the parks. During the trip, our tour guide, Rebecca did an excellent job explaining in two languages, Chinese and English, about what we are going to see every day and the history behind what we were going to see. The trip crossed six states, and there was an iota more than 3,000 miles of driving. All the hard work for the miles driven goes to the bus driver, Li, who kept us safe at all times. He always brings us to the destination on time and parks the bus closest to our convenience. He also sensitized the bus after dropping us off at the hotel every night for our safety. The long drive every day is challenging for everyone on the trip, and we need to get up early, around five in the morning, and get back late to the hotel. Also, everyone had to walk a 20-minute walk to get water the first day, which was not convenient. The coach bus could have driven us to Walmart and got water before dropping us off at the hotel. When we visited the Mormn church, there was barely anything to see because of the construction. Hello! I know this is a little late but about 2 weeks ago, I Travelled from Los Angeles (LA) to San Francisco with CTour under tour guide *MAX*. Extremely funny and easygoing company throughout the 3 days and 2 nights journey to a place I've never been before! Also, loving the freedom we have to be able to choose whatever cuisines we want to eat as the bus will stop at an area with multiple restaurants. Although, the time was always limited (~1hr) at each stop including meal breaks..... but hey it's a bus with other tourist at an affordable price (budget-life) and who doesn't want a productive day?? I think the C in here stands for Chinese Tour Holiday bus. If you do not speak Mandarin or Chinese, avoid using this tour service at all cost. Very unprofessional tour guide. Would speak Chinese for 25 minutes and 3 minutes English just to tell you where the rest rooms are and when to ride bus back. When asked about it, she was very rude and simply said Chinese is long and English is short. She would also push for lunch on places she want and even admonished us for eating our own lunch. She also said the tour are not optional and if you do not take it, you cannot ride the bus even though it is clear in the confirmation email there are optional and mandatory tours. The way this folks do business is unacceptable and Rita (the tour guide) has no business working as a tour guide. read more

5/17/17-5/24/17, Yellowstone-Mt.Rushmore-Antelop Canyon-Las Vegas 8 days Tour. Family, 2 from NY, 4 from China. 5/24/17, my husband and I fought back to NY from LV. The tour kept going from LV to LA. 2 of my sisters sat in our seats as we talked to Diana the day before and got her permit. But in the middle of the trip, Diana brought to two persons who was not from the original group, and ordered my sisters to leave one of their seats to them. My sisters strongly against it and argued with Diana, the reasons were what we paid was for 6 persons for 8 days tour bus and 7 days hotels fee. And we paid 8 persons 8 days tips. Diana forced my sisters to be obeyed her order, and had to returned $16 tips which was given by my husband and I for the day we were not in the tour. 5/14/17, my sisters are at the age of 68 and 66 fought 13 hrs from China to US. 5/15-5/16, they had two days busy trip of visiting LA. 5/17-5/24, they had 8 days tour with 5 o'clock morning call almost everyday and 8-10 hrs ride on the bus. 5/24/17, the tour bus brought them to the airport to have another 13 hrs flight back to China. What was wrong if I used my own money to have two extra seats to them, to let them have more space to relax their exhausted legs? I understand Ctour Holliday has the right to sell the tickets to the other people if their customers mean to give up their seats. There might be some misunderstanding between us when I let Ctour Holliday know 2 of my family would leave in LV. I just do not want the other people especially the guide waiting for us, to delay the tour's schedule. I did not mean give up our seats. The important was Diana knew it and permitted it. When the company got my complain and asked about that. She made up a lot of stories. Now Ctour Holliday knows the detail but say nothing about her behavior. And it offered me $50.00 conform fee. I would give this 0 but Yelp didn't give me that option. Utterly complete trash. The tour guide was called Jacko (yes I'm spelling it right). He kept saying he's going to leave anybody behind if they cannot arrive on time and the late people will have to fine their own way/uber to the next location. Totally fine but he could have put it a better way... After his introduction, he said he was going to collect the next couple day's tips which was $8 per person. He was unclear on what the prices for each of the tickets and was super unorganized when collecting the fees. At our first stop, he powered walked away with no flag and left the tourists behind (a lot of old people were on this trip). He didn't talk about the places we went at all and just kept telling us to check the time and be back at a specific time. The main attraction was Yosemite and we had to wake up at 5:00 AM to get there. We got there at 7:00 AM but unfortunately there was a landslide. The people on the tour looked up the alerts on Yosemite website and there were other options to get up there and he could have altered the schedule like some of the other tour groups that came and heard the news. Instead, Jackso told us we had to turn back and head back to San Francisco and he'll refund our $5 ticket and credit for our next tour to Yosemite. When the group tried to protest to go the other way which will take an additional hour to drive and it will throw us off schedule. The schedule was 3 hours in Yosemite but he could have skip a landmark so we could make the schedule work. The group tried protesting this since Yosemite is the California landmark and most people came from Asia to see it. But Jacko said this was his company's decision not his. In the end, he wasted the group's hour and made the decision to drive back to San Francisco. Many people tried to call the tour company but nobody answered the calls. Overall, it was terrible experience since we were shepherded to our next location. This company did not deal with this situation properly and does not take responsibility. Jacko was a terrible company representative and his manner went a 180 after collecting his tip. He stopped introducing the landmarks and ditched the group at the landmarks and told them to get back at a specific time or he will leave them behind. It's extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been with many tour guides before and this one was the absolute worst. I would never book a trip with this company again and anybody who is considering this company, really don't. read more

If yelp allows zero star, that will be the score of this tour bus company. Several things: 1. When we purchased the tickets thru take tours.com, it was not disclosed that the tour will be in Chinese. Though the tour guide also say it in English, it still sounds like chinese, so hard to understand. This is very misleading! 2. The tour guide already asking for a tip even before the start of the tour. How do I know how much to give you if I don't even know how good is the tour or if I want to give a tip. 3. The driver smokes inside an air conditioned bus. That is a HEALTH hazard!!! If you want to kill yourself don't include us. My family was so excited for the trip but turned out to be a disaster! Also, like the previous reviewer mentioned, they ask for tip on the very first day. So, I told the tour guide I'm not giving him any tips because of his attitude and poor service, and he threatened by refusing to sign us up for any side tours. She's was so nice and patiently explained all those histories of the attractions for us, good arrangement on ours itinerary and efficiently, always give us enough time to take a photo and walk around. This is the WORST WORST WORST tour ever! Don't even think about it! I would absolutely not recommend this tour! They are not helpful at all and they pick you up half to 1 hour later! My friends lost the tour because the agency told them that they change the pick up date for the next day without a notice. When the next day came, my friends were waiting in the hotel lobby and the tour DIDN'T pick them up at all! So they lost the tour AGAIN! My friends wasted their time for 2 days in a row and they didn't even get any tour! Now, they wanted their full refund and the agency couldn't help them for the refund. They refuse to help! This is the worst tour experience. During the first day of a 3 day trip we took a charter bus to wait at a location in Downtown Los Angeles for the main tour bus. The wait at this location was close to 2 hours. It was also at a bad part of Downtown. When we finally got going with the first part of the tour at Pacific Coast it was 4:30 PM. We had to be at the bus stop at 7:30 AM!!! If we didn't have to wait so long for the bus, we could of had more time to enjoy. Also in the first day, the tour guide surprised us with an extra charge of $600+ for a cruise at San Francisco Bay. This charge was for a family of 6. We refused this tour, but we ended up assigned to the back of the bus for the entirety of the trip. The few who took the tour ended up at the front of the bus. Keep in mind the seating chart is in daily rotation. So at some point my family should of gotten to sit at the front. Second day was better. Instead of the optional cruise for 4 hours for $600+, we did our own tour using Uber. Last day was the trip to Yosemite. Started out pretty good, but ending in disaster. Our tour guide surprised us again with news that we will be using another bus to take us back home to Los Angeles. That's not the worst part. The bus's air conditioning doesn't work and it's 100 degrees outside. The bus windows cannot open and it's a 4 hour trip back to L.A.. I hope we make it back alive since I am in the bus writing this. There is a baby, little kids and seniors in here. What kind of company would allow us to roast inside with little oxygen. This is the highway to hell. STAY AWAY! read more
