But, when the office called to confirm the next appointment, I was informed that i wouldn't be getting the implants at that appointment, just a regular cleaning. This appointment was scheduled more than three months ago with the implants to be done before I went out to town at the end of the month. Of course, now, it's too late to get the dental work done anywhere before I leave. And, then there's the surprise price tag, never discussed at the initial appointment, for a service I wouldn't be getting until some mysterious later date. I'm so disgusted. I had some issues getting my old records sent here from my prior dentist but that didn't deter this staff. They have been professionals at every turn. Very kind and understanding. Am going in.
