This appointment was scheduled more than three months ago with the implants to be done before I went out to town at the end of the month. Of course, now, it's too late to get the dental work done anywhere before I leave. And, then there's the surprise price tag, never discussed at the initial appointment, for a service I wouldn't be getting until some mysterious later date. I'm so disgusted. I wish I had seen some of these other reviews before I went there. A lot of wasted time waiting for a service I wasn't going to get.

Well, we don't do that here." And walked out. The nurse who attended me seemed more interested in going home than making sure my x-ray holders were small enough for my mouth, so that they didn't cut into my gums. The entire staff seemed irritated and rude. They all seemed so angry that I considered just walking out. It wasn't worth it. Terrible professional conduct. I was referred here by my dentist to have my wisdom tooth extracted due to the way the tooth grew…read morein. The staff were very nice and attentive with X-rays and questions. Dr Campbell is very knowledgeable as well. He's always checking to make sure you're okay during whatever process. Fast forward to the day of surgery, they make a driver come with you and stay during the entire time of surgery. You're given instructions orally as well as written instructions just in case. After that, I don't remember much of anything until I woke up again. A few hours after surgery Dr Campbell personally calls you to make sure everything is fine. You're also given his cell number beforehand in case of emergencies after hours. I did however have complications with my removal due to the tooth being so close to my nerve. Because of this, the staff made it easy for me to schedule a follow up multiple times and though I was concerned, Dr Campbell's knowledge of the procedure put me a little at ease by letting me know that sometimes the healing process takes time and this case was rare. I'm just always the lucky rare person unfortunately. While I'm still not fully healed, I appreciate the urgency to respond to my concerns and great customer service.

I'm not upset about this as I am a lawyer and I understand that a second effort to smooth out the bone is very probably necessary in some cases. The healing of the bone in some cases may leave rough spots on the bone where dentures will not fit ideally. The staff and Dr. Ormeni were excellent. I think this is a good medical provider and I highly recommend this facility and specifically Dr. Ormeni.

Hood. Recently, one of the titanium screws holding my jaw together became loose and started to protrude through the gum line from behind my R-molar. Luckily, Dr. Ford was still around, and who better to contact than the surgeon himself? Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Check-in was almost seamless (prior referral was somehow missing on their end, so they had to re-contact my other dental clinic for information), and the wait time was minimal. The extraction process was near-painless (of course, with the help of a local anesthetic) and fast. Plus, Dr. Ford even let me keep the 1/2" titanium screw as a souvenir and called me later that evening to ask if there were any complications. I have to add that the side where the screw came loose (R-side) was the work of his partner at the time. When describing his work and because he's left-handed, he confidently stated, "that's because it's the Ford side." Highly recommended!
