This office used to be a delight. After the new doctor took over, things have def changed in a…read morenegative way. They try to nickel and dime every procedure. When as a patient you request just the cleaning that the insurance covers, they try to push a deeper cleaning and other treatments, in order to charge the patient more. Management is very pushy. They take you to a room and make you sign that you are refusing their recommended treatment. Then tell you that if the next visit you as the patient don't accept the treatment, they can not see you.

This location got us in fast, the staff is super friendly and have great energy! The office is bright and clean, there are tvs, books, play area available for those that are waiting with little ones. The staff kept me very informed with what work would be done and the need for the work. My daughter was made very comfortable during her procedure, she was handled with care. At the end of her visits (this is her second time here) she gets tokens to put in the toy machine. The first visit the staff was dressed in Toy Story characters which was pretty cool. I was able to schedule a same day appointment via their text system which I absolutely love being able to communicate with a live person for my scheduling needs especially being a super busy person. Not only is he a great orthodontist but he is also so friendly and happy all the time. The same goes for his staff. From the girls in the front to the ones that attend the patients ( I don't know their technical name.) I have no complaints about Naidu Orthodontics. I went with Invisalign over traditional braces because I am in my 30s and I rather not have something that was so noticeable ( either choice would have cost me the same ). I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and it took me about 2 years. ( keep in mind that not all teeth move at the same rate so it might take more or less time for someone else) I was also very disciplined and wore my trays the required 22 hrs a day. You can take comfort in knowing that Naidu dedicates time to answer and address any questions or concerns you may have. I never once felt rushed during my appointments. I then called my dental insurance, and they confirmed that preventive exams should not be charged. I called the dental office again, this time with the insurance representative on the line, and once again, the office manager--rude as ever--refused to listen and insisted that they had to charge for the exam, with no further explanation. Be careful with this dental office. They tell you something is preventive, but later they add charges however they want to get more money. It feels like a scam, and I want others to be aware. Dr and assistants told me i had severe gum disease and had to purchase deep cleaning which insurance wouldnt cover and do the cleaning every 3 months. I was shocked because i take care of my teeth and never heard that from any dentist. I got two other opinions and both dentist said my teeth and gums were healthy. And my friend, a hygentist, also saw my teeth and said that and she also said dentist tend to lie about this alot to scare patients and make extra $$. But on the bright side front desk were super nice people... Again.. to her reply, two other dentist as well as a hygienist friend told me, i was far away from needing a deep cleaning at all.
