Today is March 6, 2026, and no one has contacted me. Over a month of silence for a new patient inquiry is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of organization and respect for people's time. Dr. Chloe was very kind and professional during the visit. Surprisingly, three months later, I received a bill charging me an additional amount for a diagnostic exam. I called the office, and the office manager--who was extremely rude and wouldn't let me speak--told me that it had nothing to do with them and that it was an issue with my dental insurance. I then called my dental insurance, and they confirmed that preventive exams should not be charged. I called the dental office again, this time with the insurance representative on the line, and once again, the office manager--rude as ever--refused to listen and insisted that they had to charge for the exam, with no further explanation. Be careful with this dental office. They tell you something is preventive, but later they add charges however they want to get more money. It feels like a scam, and I want others to be aware. Even though I called beforehand to confirm everything, they still charged me unnecessarily. I do not recommend this office to anyone. Be cautious and double-check everything before you go.

When as a patient you request just the cleaning that the insurance covers, they try to push a deeper cleaning and other treatments, in order to charge the patient more. Management is very pushy. I recently had 2 teeth in the back removed and Dr. Hart explained the entire procedure and kept me calm throughout the entire process. She is not rude or insulting and definitely not bipolar. As a doctor of jamaican descent she represents our country exceptionally and I would and will recommend her to all my family and friends. One of my bottom teeth were in pain, and she did immediate x-rays. Idy couldn't pinpoint what was causing the pain, so her and the doctor were going to look into it and let me know the following day. It shows how much she cares about helping her patients. I feel at ease when she cleans my teeth, and she doesn't pressure me into buying tooth products. Right from the beginning when I walked through the door, every fear that I ever thought I would…read morehave coming back to the dentist was dissipated by Dr. Hui and his staff. They took wonderful care of all my fears. They explained every little thing that I would be going through. The most important thing that was said to me was by the assistant who works for Dr. Hui She said, "Your first visit will be your worst visit because that's the one you're not expecting." She was absolutely right. After the first visit this was the greatest place in the world to come to. Dr. Hui's staff, on my first phone call, they spent almost a half-hour talking to me explaining how wonderfully you are taken care of and how you absolutely will not feel or remember anything after your major procedure. And they were absolutely correct. The most important thing about this Dentistry was that it is a painless environment. Any other dental experience I had, even with SweetAir, there was pain, there was numbness, there was fear. In this office there was no fear. I have never felt any pain at all in any of the procedures that I've gone through. My first meeting with Dr. Hui, after he reviewed my x-rays and looked at my mouth, he said to me "If I told you I could save all your teeth, will that make you happy?" Those were the best words said to me because I felt I was going to loose teeth because of the years that I was afraid to come to a dentist. The money that was spent was so well invested that there was no pain, no teeth being extracted, nothing bothered me, it was well worth every penny that was spent. The Dr. here has always made myself feel at home. Any time I had any fear they would tell me about it. Everything they told me about was honest to the point. When you come into the office there is a book on the desk with maybe 40 or 50 testimonials that I read before my procedure and every one fit my exact profile--massive phobia of the dentist, need for a lot of dental work that's been postponed for too long, and then the positive results that happened after they came here. Extremely poor experience and unacceptable patient care…read more Went in for a crown, paid about $600 for the crown and was told--after the fact--that I needed a root canal. The root canal was inexplicably done in multiple visits instead of a single procedure, after the first procedure I was not prescribed antibiotics, which led to significant pain & infection. I had to make an emergency appointment on a Sunday morning to see another dentist, who confirmed the work should have been completed in one session. To make matters worse, I was told to return with a hole still left in my tooth to later get a crown, and was nearly charged an additional $300 for a temporary crown that should have been placed after the root canal. On top of the questionable treatment plan, I was left waiting in the chair for 45+ minutes on multiple visits while the doctor was nowhere to be found. The last visit was the final straw. Disorganized, dismissive, and far below the standard of care I expect from a dental practice. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
