From the moment…read morewe walked into the intimate open-air courtyard, we knew we were in for something special. The setting feels like a hidden backyard oasis -- soft lighting, light music playing in the background, and a cozy, romantic atmosphere that still feels relaxed and welcoming. The food was phenomenal. We started with the Tuétanos (bone marrow), which was rich and perfectly roasted, topped with charred corn, fresh radishes, and Serrano chiles that added brightness and just the right amount of heat. It was indulgent without being overwhelming -- an incredible starter. The Queso Fundido with chistorra sausage was everything you want it to be -- bubbling, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with the smoky, slightly spicy chistorra. Comfort food elevated. For our main, we had the ribeye, and it was outstanding. Cooked beautifully, deeply flavorful, and high quality. Every bite reinforced how much care goes into the food here. What really stood out was the value. The quality of the dishes rivals some of the higher-end restaurants in Cabo, yet the pricing felt more than fair. Based on food quality and overall experience, this easily ranks among our favorite dinners of the trip. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the night, which made the entire experience feel even more special. If you're looking for an intimate setting, exceptional food, and great value in Los Cabos, Traspatio is a must.

My family was in the mood for really good ribs after overdosing on shrimp and Mexican food search up ribs on yelp and TripAdvisor and found this place listed so impressed from the minute. We arrive with a beautiful garden, outdoor cozy, dining area and fire up grill. Our server was amazing and she spoke perfect English and took my father's ridiculous jokes with a smile and a grain of salt. She also made sure that my mother knew that her dish was a smaller serving which my mom actually didn't even finish. We ordered the pork rib dinner with an upgrade of the baked potato, which was the best thing ever. Potato was perfectly served with a mixture of butter, and perhaps sour cream wished and large fresh chunks of bacon on top. The sauce barbecue was sweet and tangy, but not too much of either. For the moment we walked into the moment we left everything was absolutely perfect. The ambience is inviting and soothing, and the food absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place and will keep it on my return to list whenever I am in San Jose del Cabo! PS we are still kicking ourselves because we ran out to catch our Uber before getting our box up leftovers.!

Ordering was a little challenging not speaking Spanish very well but we managed. We ordered the Tuna carpaccio, the "LA MAREA "SPECIAL ceviche and a Caesar salad to start. All excellent. Then we each ordered tacos. Pastor, octopus, and shrimp. All was excellent. We also got mojitos which our server had never made before but she did a great job. All the workers were very friendly. Shout out to our server Joanne. This place was highly recommended by our concierge Edgar at the Hyatt. He raved over this place. We all enjoyed it.

We ordered a few breakfast items and waited until 12:30 to order the things we wanted. I ordered the governor tacos and my friend ordered the seafood pasta. We also had the ceviche. It was okay. Everything I had here was fairly mid. The tacos were not my favorite... So much that I didn't even eat it. The server was nice but didn't speak English so I had trouble communicating with her (but not her fault since I'm the one in Mexico!) - so not as tourist friendly as some of the places in town center or by the resorts.

The experience was more than words can express. If I could I would give them a 100 stars! We ordered oysters and advised our server Germain that they were ok. He then asked how we usually have them and we told him. He went back to the kitchen and returned with an amazing sample of new oysters which were so good we wanted to order many more. Being from California we don't get foie gras and not sure where Kiki is from but I give it a 10. Flavor and presentation were delightful. I had the beef cheeks with risotto which so delicious I have told everyone they need to go there and order the dish. My husband ordered the NY this being a steakhouse and he wasn't disappointed. He didn't leave a bite which is very odd for him given the portion served, I did take a bite and so was so happy too. Being his birthday they brought him a chocolate cake abaze with a candle rocket, so exciting and yummy too. We brought our wine as we were aware of the prices in Mexico not just at the Palmilla, so I suggest to those out there to read the menu before going so you are prepared. Our server Germaine and the manager Josue were outstanding. We also spoke to another server Armando who has been working there almost as long as we have been going. We believe Chef Agustin is on the right track to make this meal one would not forget and we haven't

We arrived a few minutes before the restaurant opened and our daughter ran up to see the view. We rushed over to bring her back to the entry way so as not to disturb the staff. The hostess was extremely rude and just said "we are not open yet." She tried to change her tune later but she was beyond unfriendly. Our server also wasn't great. On to the food - sub par. We ordered pizza, mac and cheese for our daughter and the burger. The burger we asked for medium and it was well done - not even a little pink and was awful. Pizza was OK, not great and my daughter's mac n cheese was probably the best thing we had, which isn't saying much. For the prices being as high as they are, this place was not a good experience. I can't recommend it.

The waiter, Daniel, did not provide good service, but David on the other hand was awesome!! I really enjoyed the live band that performed, they did various covers of RNB, Soul and soft rock that matched the lovely ambience. Last but NOT least, THE VIEW from this Rooftop!! OMG!! The view is impeccable and breath taking, even at night! I couldn't take my eyes off of it! Can't go wrong with Cielomar!!
