This place might be great if you have a stock car that needs repairs. However, my boyfriend drives a modified WRX that was rear ended over a month ago. He went BACK to this place because they did great the FIRST time. (Maybe it's under new management, new employees??) and they've been misleading him and dicking him around since Dec. 16. They tell him one thing and the claim adjuster another. They tell him it's ready, and then call back because "there's another issue." He finally went up there (on a failed promise it would be good to go) and demanded to see his car when they told him more bs. What he saw was devastating: 5 error codes! Also the dash cam was disconnected, which we find very odd. It could have only been done purposeful from how it's set up. (It's difficult to knock it loose) so, we seem to think an asshat or multiple asshats that work here took his car out for a joy ride, not knowing how to operate it, and fucked it up. There is just no way all this could have happened from "transporting the vehicle to the wrap shop and mechanic shop" like they claimed. Now they're trying to save face. The car is a still at the shop while we figure out what needs to be done. I urge you! PLEASE! HEED MY WARNING, do NOT take you car here. ESPECIALLY if you drive a super car or modified car. I do not trust these people. If you're a car enthusiast or build cars, then you know how heartbreaking it is to see something you put together get destroyed. Do not take your car here. UPDATE: The car is ready! But not before my boyfriend got an angry call about this review. They retaliated on his vehicle by dragging the wing across the ground and flipping the STI logo upside down. I would 100% not recommend this place and will be alerting the local car scene to never utilize this business for their repairs. read more

I was first skeptical of this place since I couldn't find any reviews online but it's where Geico sent my car after an accident and the locale was close to home. The place however, did a very good job fixing and painting my car (2011 Acura, RDX). You really can't tell the difference between the old and new paint. The reason why I gave them four stars instead of five is because on two occasions they promised to have my car by a certain date but failed to have it ready. My car was at the shop for about a month. However, the work they did was great! The shop manager Adan even explained to my dad all of the work that they did to the car and answered his questions with a lot of patience. My aunt's car also had work done here after an accident and they did a good job as well with her bumper. read more

Amazing!!! I am so impressed at the whole process of having my car repaired after my accident! Starting with Geico and their extremely efficient process. In one day I reported the accident and was given a time to take my car in to Cubbage for the repairs. And to top it off the rental car was arrange and was waiting for me at Cubbage. Cubbage was so quick and when I picked my car up it looked brand new. During the repair process they sent me text message to update me on the repairs and estimated time of completion. Every single person I dealt with during this was professional, caring, and efficient!! The whole process was so easy and turned an unfortunate incident into something quite pleasant. This shop is great! I brought in my truck after an accident and Cubbage Collision couldn't have been more helpful. They sent me text updates of the progress, they haggled with my insurance to make sure it was fixed properly and they fixed my truck beautifully. You cannot tell at all it was ever in an accident. I had the exact same customer service experience as Jenny V. The lady at the front desk promised me that the repair would finish in a week, but once that period passed I ended up having to follow up constantly until the repair was completed a month later. Talk about setting yourself up for failure. Actually, I wouldn't have written this review but something came up recently that really pushed me over the edge. My car started vibrating badly so I took it to the dealership. They found that my left front wheel was a different size than the others. Then I traced it back to when I got my repair done at this God-forsaken place; they had put a 16" wheel when the others were 15" which ended up ruining my baby's front wheel alignment. As a result I've had to pay for a new wheel, new front tires, and an alignment. I didn't want to deal with cubbage again so I decided to just pay up. There are a lot of shops in Spring you can choose from so just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. read more

First and foremost the repair job was excellent. If this review was based on the repair job alone then a 5 star would be awarded. Very nice and helpful up until the vehicle was fixed and prompt with repairs. Unfortunately I had a negative experience overall. Upon picking up my vehicle my receivers microphone had been broken during the cleaning stage and money was missing from my vehicle. I called management 4 times before I got in touch with who I was requesting to file a complaint. I expressed my disappointment of finding broken and missing items from my car and was informed that he would look into it and replace all that was missing or damaged. Three weeks later I followed up to find that he had either forgotten or chosen not to pursue an investigation or order my replacement part. He apologized and stated that he would get right back on it. 3 weeks later, never received a call back, never got the part replaced as promised, and never got my money back. Overall, there are plenty of quality body shops around that would be more worth the investment of collision repair without the risk or damage or theft. read more

Dealing with Cubbage Collision was a great experience given the circumstances, but they were very professional and very thorough! They called and made sure they kept you up to date on what was being done, they work with your insurance to get you the best possible parts, and really look out for their customers! They make sure everything is set and ready to go before you get back on the road and give you a full run down on what has been done and any suggestions that may help, but are not like pushy salesmen; very honest! They do so many other things, I am glad I found them because I will come back for other services for sure! read more

Manager (lost business card with his name) and Reuben (Geico rep) were very professional,efficient and friendly as well.Car was repaired 4 days EARLIER than the 8 day assessment! The staff generously worked with me on a pick up date since I was out of town when car became ready earlier than anticipated.Work was top notch and entire car was very clean at pick up. They did do a good job fixing my car, but there was so much miscommunication between the staff and I. They seemed extremely unprofessional, and the lady at the front desk was very rude and uncoordinated. They kept delaying the time when my car was going to be finished, every time I called I never got a call back even though the receptionist would tell me I would. I felt like they were mocking me and lying to me repeatedly. It was very frustrating, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! read more

Not one good thing to say about this company. Geico led me to them after my tailgate was stolen. All I needed was a new tailgate, do damage, no body work... just a tailgate. The entire process took 3 weeks. I made 2 trips to their facility to pick up my truck,. The first time it was not ready and they blamed it on poor communication with Geico. The next time I picked up my truck I waited for over 3 hours ON A SATURDAY and when they brought my "finished" truck to the front, the tailgate WOULD NOT OPEN. They had one job. The "finished" tailgate was not even functional. It was also installed with the wrong handle and the trim was missing a piece. Two days later they sent guys out to pick my truck up and take it to their shop to be completed. This was their plan so they would not "inconvenience" me. I told them I needed my turck at 5:00pm because I had somewhere to be after work.... When they finally arrived at 6:00pm, the handle issue was fixed, but the trim piece was STILL missing and I had to cancel my personal plans. It then took them 5 additional days to "get the piece in on order" (I was told multiple times they had the piece, but this was their excuse in the end). The final time they sent a guy out (their fourth attempt to complete the job), they finally installed the missing piece, but the step on my tailgate does not lock in place like it should. I am so fed up with them that I will fix the step issue on my own. I was never contacted or updated by Cubbage through the entire process without having to call them at least 2 to 3 times to finally get an update. I had to call every time I needed an update and I rarely got a call back when I left a message, so I just had to keep calling until I was lucky enough to catch the right person on the phone. They promised the world with every update, but NEVER come through on a single one of their promises. Terrible company. Will not recommend to anyone read more

I was steered here by Geico. No real problems with the work. Customer service is HORRIBLE. My 4 days turned into 9. I was told each day after the 4th day it would be the next day. Very frustrating because I stressed to them how important it was to get my car back by day 5. They could care less. They will let your car sit for 2 days waiting on a single 30 min task to complete it. Stay away if you value customer satisfaction. Once they get your car, you will get it back when they feel like getting it back to you. Regardless of the timeline they tell you. read more

Called to pick up van that they had done body work on . Jumped in van because had an appointment. When came back to van, noticed something looked weird in back. Looked in back to find that seats had been taken out and not replaced. Had to go back and get seats. With closer inspection, noticed the side molding on the side they had worked on remained scratched and scarred. . Referred to original work order and it was supposed to be repaired. Told to come back yet again to have it repaired. Not able to return for 6 weeks due to work and family obligations. When I came back, employee was not at all nice and acted as if I was trying to pull something over on them. Not even an apology for the inconvenience of having to return 3 times for them to do what they should of done in the first place. read more
