He also welded another crack on another wheel that I brought in, which he fixed while I was waiting for a few minutes there. Great customer service and great work at a very reasonable price ! The young man who helped me was polite and friendly BUT, I have noticed the last few times I have visited ANY discount tire location they are always telling me my tire sensors are not working. (I have brand new ones installed recently) I fell for this a while back and had them install all new ones and they could NOT get them to connect to the electric part of my car. After spending a few hours there they gave up and said I needed to go to the dealership. Needless to say I had to go to the dealership and have them install new ones on my SUV. This cost me triple at the dealership. I am not sure if the staff are trained to try this selling practice but I will NOT fall for it again. The same goes for trying to sell you windshield wipers just don't do it. Stick to selling tires. As for stopping at this location again...not happening.

They seem pretty female-friendly too from what I've seen in the waiting room. Just be as specific as possible with your issue. They don't seem to advertise much (the pics are mad old) since they've got a whole building/shop next to the tire place now. A good "sleeper" shop as I don't care for the chain (get 'em in, get 'em out) type. Busier in the past few years, so be a little patient and you should (hopefully) be satisfied. We were a bit confused as to who we needed to see to get the tire repaired. The guys outside were busy and the lady inside told us to go outside. So we found a gentleman who was absolutely wonderful. We showed him where the leak was and he went to working. He ended up patching the tire bc there were 2 holes close together. We went inside the office to sit and wait. Other customers were pleasant in the waiting area which is a good sign. The family bathroom has a urinal, toilet and bidet which was neat but weird at the same time. Anywho, it took about 15 minutes and we were back on the road. He made sure all lugs were secured and pressure was right on the other tires as well. Sure beats my daughters experience at NTB by MD Anderson a few weeks ago...
