They basically washed the wheels and slapped on some non matching paint and clear coat over dirt left on the wheels. When I showed up to get the vehicle I was given some song and dance about the wheels had to be machined and they couldn't do it for the quoted price. But, they were happy to not inform me of this before they did a lousy job and held my vehicle hostage for payment. However, if you want a factory new finish by people who do what they say and deliver within 24 hours, you have a quality company in Alloy Wheel Repair. My wheels look brand new.

Talk about fast! Additionally, I was told that $200 was the payment due, which I was totally okay with. Well, imagine my surprise when she then reached back out to let me know that was a mistake and instead I only owed $120! Wow! Unfortunately, I was across town and wasn't sure if I could make it before closing (6PM). No problem! They kept my car overnight and I was able to return the next morning. My car looked good as new and I drove off with happy, good looking rims. Again, I want to stress how awesome Melanie and this business truly is. Especially in terms of payment. Long story short, my tire was deflated due to my wheel was cracked & discovered shortly thereafter bent as well. My vehicle had to be towed to this spot just to give you an idea how I was in bad shape.. Any who, at first the manager due to the time allotted told me it was too late to work on my wheel, however thankful he had a change of heart. Shot out to the tall young guy with the tatts!! He saved my wheel & welded it.. He was very professional & congenial. Dope customer service as he squeezed me in.. was damn near in tears as I couldn't drive on that wheel nor tire. The young man who helped me was polite and friendly BUT, I have noticed the last few times I have visited ANY discount tire location they are always telling me my tire sensors are not working. (I have brand new ones installed recently) I fell for this a while back and had them install all new ones and they could NOT get them to connect to the electric part of my car. After spending a few hours there they gave up and said I needed to go to the dealership. Needless to say I had to go to the dealership and have them install new ones on my SUV. This cost me triple at the dealership. I am not sure if the staff are trained to try this selling practice but I will NOT fall for it again. The same goes for trying to sell you windshield wipers just don't do it. Stick to selling tires. As for stopping at this location again...not happening.
