Just an FYI...our very large 18-wheeler fit through the gate and also outside in front of the units without any issues. When I rented it, I called the 800# which the young man was extremely helpful and kind, but had us rent a 10x20 but found out that would be two small for our belongings. What he didn't tell me is the amount you rent for at the time you book is only good until one has to add more time. At that moment whatever the going rate is to re-rent is what you pay and for us it was a lot more per month. Now Rose, the manager told me to guesstimate a longer amount of time and if we leave before that time then we'd be refunded for the months unused which was very helpful. The entire staff has been kind & helpful. The location is great, never worries that our unit might be tampered with while renting. Easy access with our GMC 2500 truck. Nice roll carts to use. I might suggest you label where the bathrooms are in your facility as well as a sign on the outside of the elevators telling your renters that the office is accessible from each floor using the elevator. On the wall on items that can help you with any type of move you need. --Service/Staff-- Rose has hands down gone above and beyond. After renting many storage units from many different cities. The property is secure and the facility is clean. Now the office is run with virtual computers set up by Reliant Mangement and customer service no longer exists. They are absolutely horrible. I would be extremely cautious in giving them any credit card or debit card information for auto payment as they are now streamlining cash from their customers by issuing you an invoice for one amount and charging your credit card a higher amount. Of course you cannot speak to any management because they are busy hiding behind their cameras and email system. I would also be aware when renting any unit as they will give you one price and then two months later substantially increase your monthly amount.

It was so pervasive, covering and damaging all the antiques. Insurance did nothing and Midgard avoided any responsibility. No discount, no cleaning, just a constant price hike. When I inquired about the 7x10 the manager, Lonnie, quoted me $105 for a 3rd floor unit. After inquiring about a ground floor, Lonnie quoted the monthly rental was $120. I then told Lonnie that online it was listed at $84.00 a month and why the discrepancy? All I received from Lonnie was a song and dance, and a sense of Lonnie trying to inflate the fees and take advantage of customers. No thank you! I took my business elsewhere!
