I hired these guys to come back using my own supplies and it was great! 4 guys packed it up in about a day for the move the following day. It was the same 4 guys and 2 additional on move day and they loaded everything nicely. They worked hard and was mostly careful with my things on the way in. There were a few wall scratches and they made an extra trip back to grab some large doll houses we had so that was nice of them. 5 star review but for the wall scratches, I wiould still highly recommend these guys for your move.

I used them for an out-of-state move, and what could have been an incredibly stressful experience was handled by a group of motivated, friendly, professional young men who genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. I've moved enough times to know that isn't always the case. Moving is hard, physical work, and I've encountered crews elsewhere who understandably seemed overworked, rushed, or unhappy to be there. Campbell has clearly done a fantastic job building a team with a completely different culture. Everyone was courteous, positive, hardworking, and incredibly conscientious with my belongings. The level of care really impressed me. Every single item was properly protected with moving blankets and shrink wrap. Marble tabletops were carefully removed and handled separately. When they reached a delicate shelving unit with glass shelves, they didn't rush or take shortcuts -- they took the time to remove each piece of glass, wrap it properly, and make sure everything was transported safely. That attention to detail continued throughout the entire move. Most importantly, I never felt like I had to supervise or worry. I could see that they knew what they were doing and cared about doing it well, which allowed me to relax during a process that is normally anything but relaxing. Campbell and the team also worked with me on pricing and were very fair. One piece of advice for anyone getting a quote: take the time to provide as accurate an inventory as possible. It will help them give you the most competitive and realistic price from the beginning. Moving isn't inexpensive, particularly when you're going out of state, but Bullseye was absolutely worth it. Professional, careful, hardworking, friendly, and trustworthy from start to finish. I would hire them again without hesitation and recommend them wholeheartedly.

A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. We recently moved from our house in Decatur to another house twenty or so minutes away. Elite Moving Solutions seemed to have remarkable reviews across the board. I called and spoke to Ryan, who was extremely helpful and friendly. They're in Acworth, so an in-person visit was a bit of a challenge, so he had me send pictures to evaluate our needs. We had a lively and timely back and forth via email with questions from me (always answered fully) and advice from him (always useful and to the point), and arrived at a way-more-than- fair price (what I considered a modest truck fee for two trucks, and a modest hourly rate for five guys) and a move date. The day of the move, the crew arrived on time and ready to go. I can't say enough how incredible these guys were. The last thing we expected on Moving Day was to have fun, and my wife and daughter and I had an absolute blast. I've never seen five guys work so hard and have such a good time doing it, and they were a joy to spend the day with. They were incredibly careful with our stuff, smart, efficient, indefatigable. Our old house was one story, with wide straight hallways and wide doorways and a front porch they were able to back up to and set the ramp directly on--the new house has steep stairs to the second floor and to the basement, narrow doorways, tight twisty hallways, and three different access points, none of them near the truck. A terrible way to end the day, and still their energy never flagged. They enjoyed competing with one another--when John came up the stairs with two boxes of books, Dexter followed behind with two boxes on his back. Maybe best of all, they really seemed to respect and care about one another--it was like having your friends come over to help you move. So major shout outs to Ojo, Dexter, James, John and Jacorey (a father and son team!)--you guys were awesome and we can't thank you enough. We've been unpacking for days now, and I haven't seen a single ding on anything. Seriously, if you're moving, you need to hire this company.

They broke numerous boxes of dishes, glasses, lamps, and an antique globe. They scratched my hardwood floors in the new house and put scrapes and dents in the walls and doors. I paid for insurance just in case things were broken and when I reached out to the company asking how to get reimbursed for the items that were broken, floors that were scratched, and walls that were damaged I was met with silence. No response. I had three trucks and nine guys, and half the guys looked they were in high-school and one of their trucks broke down in my driveway. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Do no use them.
