He told me they could just vacate the unit and return my money even after I said to him that I was okay with them keeping the money since they did work on my behalf and I signed documents. I mean how often are businesses understanding and as helpful as Storage Mart is?! That made my day, thanks so much and I highly recommend this business!!

These include the back gate left unlocked and wide open as displayed in my photo. To make matters worse, the buildings are left unlocked 24/7, and many units have hollow core doors. So much t would be a small matter for someone to enter, put their fist through storage unit doors, and empty the place. As a former police officer, my advice is to keep the back gate locked at all times. Lock the buildings at night, and replace hollow core doors --including the one to the office -- with solid core. And while you're at it, a basic alarm system would be well worth the expense. If you did these things, your property would beat anything else in NVA hands down.

I went online and got this AI answer to my inquiry about this fee increase: "Your rent increased from $80 to $95 due to market demand and availability adjustments, as explained in the "Understanding Pricing and Rent Increases" section. You are paying for insurance because Public Storage requires all customers to have insurance on their stored goods, as stated in the "Do I Need Insurance?" section." It is obvious that this is not a legitimate company!

To get to this place, you will have to drive through the Toyota dealership and you will find the entrance in the back. The units themselves are very simple. I don't believe there are any climate controlled units (although that may have changed), and the doors and walls are made of metal (doors) and brick (walls). The unit I rented out was 10x10x5 and it served its purpose for a solid 9 months. My items included: Pots/Pans Plates Glass Items Electronics Clothing Cotton/Leather Fabric DVDs Ceramics just to name a few, and it lasted throughout Summer, Fall, and Winter without any damage or issues. The unit kept everything dry and clean (no bugs). As far as payment goes, the owner is VERY easy to work with. She is both professional and kind. You can pay on a monthly basis, which is what I did, without any hidden fees or contract requirements. When I was ready to move my items out, I gave her a heads up, and on the day I moved out I just called her and everything was cancelled without any further hassle or paperwork. Short and sweet. The biggest issue we had was of scheduling because we decided in hurry that we need to move out of our area and taht made it hard to find the rigging company to un-install our platform and pilot equipment. However, BBRS were really came to rescue with good plan and reasonable prices. On the day of move, they brought their own equipment such as forklifts and other essential tools. I briefed them what needed to be done and what goes where and they finished everything in less time than I estimated and everything was done precisely and carefully.
