Their leader had an excellent eye and all of them worked Incredibly hard to safely and quickly move a large number of heavy assorted pieces in sometimes tight corridors with effectively no scuffs or marks on our walls or floors. If you need a mover in the Chicago area, they will get it done expertly! Their rates seemed incredibly reasonable and they actually worked so quickly that they charged less than their estimate as it is billed by the hour!

My 1st visit was really good as Maria showed me around and explained how the units worked. Upon hearing that I would need my storage unit for a couple more weeks Maria extended my reservation to keep my rate and that really helped. On move in day I was given a phone call the day before, to check to make sure what time I was going to arrive. I was able to reschedule my time when I realised that the time slot didn't work any longer. The office staff were very flexible with helping me out. I was able to complete the whole moving process in less than 30 minutes. Overall I am happy with my unit I end up getting a 10 by 7 and a 1/2. I do like the ease of unloading my S UV into their docking station. I appreciate the climate control as it can get really hot during the summer and I was worried about my electronics. This was the true reason I picked this location even though about $50 more per month than the location about 2 miles away. All in all super excited about the fringe benefits of this location, To include utilization of a moving truck. The nice thing is that they allow you to use the moving truck up to 2 weeks from your moving date. This alone is going to save me a $150.

I was never told that the rate was a promotional rate - if I would've known that, I would've never booked it. We could rent a garage for that! Additionally, there were all sorts of fees that were never disclosed until everything was finalized and I went to pay. Also, I have my own insurance - the person who helped me said we had no choice but to pay for their insurance the first month, but after that, I could just send in my insurance documents and she would take that charge off so the following months I wouldn't be charged. Never happened; I've been charged every month. Just a total scam everywhere you turn. Can't wait to get out of this place.

We were extremely anxious because we had to change our moving date twice and every time we called, they were able to calm our fears and accommodated our change of date. The day of our move, the crew arrived on time, with two trucks. We were greeted by David Byrd, Jose Gonzalez, Josu Sanchez, Jose Jr. Lopez and Richard Sanabria. We immediately knew that this was a team that worked well together! Their people skills were amazing and they even calmed my anxious spouse who was extremely stressed out with the whole the process, THESE GUYS KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING! They packed us up with a smile then unloaded at our new condo where they again put their skills and experience to use getting all of our furniture in a small elevator, up to the sixth floor, and put into place in our new home. We would hire them again in a second. And that's coming from people who are/were extremely stressed about the move. We also are so grateful for Bailey who was our first contact, who made herself available and was always ready to counsel and adjust our needs She walked us through a very distressing time in our life and was ALWAYS available. Super easy when calling the company. *With each move, the movers called prior to heading toward our move-out location and arrived within the quoted start-time range. *New for this move: I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text link to track the movers' location before they arrived and when the trucks were traveling from the move-out location to the move-in location. And the tracker worked! *The movers worked quickly and efficiently. *With each move, there's at least one quiet worker and one super friendly/enthusiastic worker--and they're all incredibly kind despite the heavy lifting.
