Clutter Storage was the first company that made everything feel easy. William, Bryan, and Nelson gave genuinely 10/10 service. Communication was great before arrival, they handled everything carefully, moved fast, and I didn't have to micromanage anything. I was literally getting work done while they packed and moved my entire apartment. Biggest bonus honestly: I didn't even have to figure out parking for the truck. If you've moved in South Florida, you know how annoying that alone can be. They already had everything handled. This was my third move here and Clutter Storage is officially my go to from now on. Great prices, authentic energy, and people that actually care about doing things right. Huge thank you to William, Bryan, and Nelson for making the whole experience smooth.

They finally show up 5 days later, today at 11:20AM, cannot figure out access to the unit so they cancel and leave. Charged another $200. Keep in mind this building deals with companies requiring access daily with 0 issue. Absolutely incompetent. Will be reporting to Amex and making sure this experience is known across various platforms.

They explained the process and itemized everything that was put on the truck. I needed to put my belongings in storage for a month before having it sent up to Tennessee. Paragon did not charge me for the month (more like 35 days) of storage The only hiccup was that on the date my stuff was supposed to arrive, it didn't. I called and got in touch with my representative Riki. She explained that I did not confirm the delivery date - only the date for which I wanted it out of storage. I didn't think that was the case but I will chalk this up to miscommunication. I suggest that you call Paragon to confirm the delivery date and be explicit in doing so. My stuff left storage a few days later. Once the truck left, the drivers Jean and Andrew kept me posted as to their whereabouts and ETA. Once they arrived, everything was in the condition I left it. They were friendly and carefully assembled my glass TV stand, kitchen table, and bed frame along with lugging up all of my other furniture and boxes. It's a one bedroom apartment. They were in and out in less than 90 minutes. To them I say thank you. I would use Paragon again.

On the day of pickup, after they began inventory, they suddenly claimed the cost would be $2,500. This was unexpected and felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Later, I received a bill for $3,400 -- double the original quote. Paragon told me I only needed to call 4 days before my desired delivery date. I followed their instructions, and they initially offered delivery for Thursday, instead of my requested Saturday. I declined due to scheduling and asked for confirmation of a Friday or Saturday delivery. After that, they stopped responding to texts and calls completely. I didn't receive a reply until Friday afternoon, when they informed me that my items hadn't even left yet -- and wouldn't be packed until the following Monday, with no estimated delivery date. As a result, I had to move into a new apartment with my 3-year-old child, without furniture, a bed, or basic necessities. This created an enormous burden and stress for my family. We eventually received our belongings one week after the requested delivery date -- and not even from Paragon. The delivery was handled by a completely separate moving company they subcontracted without informing us. That team was more professional, but some of our boxes arrived wet, one piece of furniture was broken, and a printer was missing. Paragon only offered minimal coverage ($0.60 per pound), which does not come close to covering the damaged or missing items. Filing a claim under those terms is virtually pointless. When I first spoke with Paragon, they reassured me that they were not brokers and that the move would be simple and stress-free. However, after the contract was signed, they became almost impossible to reach, changed the pricing, delayed delivery without notice, and ultimately subcontracted the delivery to someone else. After my experience, I researched their reviews and discovered dozens of nearly identical complaints -- ranging from overcharging and lost items to deceptive communication and fake 5-star reviews. Their Yelp page is full of detailed warnings from other consumers, but their Facebook page appears curated, with only vague, overly positive reviews and no trace of the negative feedback many have shared elsewhere. I would never use this company again and strongly warn others against trusting them. I'm filing this complaint to help protect other families and request a formal investigation into Paragon Van Lines for deceptive and harmful business practices.
