They never updated the photos you verify so it didn't have any of the scratches or bumps and dent my vehicle had. The process of getting my vehicle was completely different than the last few times I've used U-Haul. I already had all my paperwork set in place to simply pick up but they redid my stuff and held onto my license for 10 minutes while a coworker went to check the truck mileage. In my reservation I said I'd use it for 4 hours and I didn't have an estimate milage, she input that I have a base of 20 milage and then said I'd get my money back automatically. I only used 10. Always when I've rented U-Haul the cashier/dealer always give me back what I'm owed in that moment.
