The crates are extremely sturdy and have great handholds, allowing you to really load them up, and the accompanying roller boards are very useful as well. I moved our entire place in about an hour, including drive time. When it comes to getting the crates picked up, Matt is fantastic. He is very flexible and you can tell he truly understands the complications one can have while moving. We had to keep them an extra week due to us having so much to unpack, but Matt was absolutely understanding and stressed to us that we could take all the time we needed. I didn't get a receipt and my package wasn't scanned correctly by them. 3 weeks went by and it never showed up to the destination and the tracking number was never activated because it never left their store. They looked through their documents but mysteriously was no tracking number for that day. Viewing their records my tracking number was the only 1 missing from that day. They still never found it and I lost $500 worth of valuables. It was a horrible experience. I wish I went to an actual shipping source store and not this access point. I lost irreplaceable valuables by shipping with this access point. My experience has been better going to an actual Shipping location, not an access point like this where you will be better insured in case something does happen. You are covered if damage or theft happens because other shipping sources like drugstores- Walgreens accept FEDEX drop offs and CVS accepts UPS drop and give text confirmation! I was charged $67 more than what was agree on and multiple pieces of my companies electronics, part of my home office set-up, were also left in another city and country with no address. The fact that none of the employees spoke English only made this all more difficult. Topping it off when I tried to pay my bank warned me of excessive fraudulent activity on the "company" account when I tried to pay. I was asked to send the payment to the owner and list them as a friend on zelle. Do not get screwed by them! Do not trust this company. They will steal from you, lie about everything, then do absolutely nothing to make it right.

On moving day, the movers arrived promptly and they were so quick in moving everything! within two hours everything had been moved out of our townhome! It took them another hour and a half to move everything to the new place. Very impressed! They also wrapped certain pieces of furniture for us and disassembled as well as assembled others. Cost was reasonable as well. I would say they are more cost efficient compared to other movers we had inquired. Their initial compensation offer was $23. After six months of haggling and constant follow-ups, they finally offered $123. I was exhausted and just took it to be done. To top it off, this was a Texas-to-Florida move, and they were extremely vague about when my belongings would actually arrive. No clear delivery day, no transparency--just stress and uncertainty. If you value your belongings or your time, please do not use this company. A good first impression means nothing when they can't keep track of your property or communicate honestly.
