I went today to retrieve some items only to find my unit is COVERED in RAT droppings! When I spoke with front office, I was told since I don't carry THEIR insurance they can't help me. Has anyone else had this issue? Our unit is in the last building 4. How can we get their help in resolving this issue? I don't have food in my unit and I did not bring the rats! Someone should be liable for sanitizing all of my items.
