I didn't realize that if an item wasn't listed on the inventory they wouldn't take it. I had to have them come back for an estimated additional $1300-$1600 dollars. They were supposed to be here around noon. At 12:40 I called and was told they had a 2 hour window. I had had to make arrangements with friends based on 4 Guys arriving around 12. As I don't drive I needed to have a ride to the new address. My ride couldn't do the later time so I had to scramble to find another. It's now 2:45 and no truck. When I called a got a very calm person who began to explain why they were late. I told him I don't want explanations or excuses so he offered to call the whole thing off.
